For a car dealership this is one of the most friendliest and professional group of people around. As soon as I pulled on the lot I was greeted with a smile by Michael and a warm welcoming by his team at Empire in Swansea.
I walked in with a little over a $1000 and a junk car and told Michael that I had little to any hope that I’d be approved for a new reliable car.
Michael asked me to take a seat and let’s see what we can do. He assisted me in all the financial paperwork for a very large portion of the day and dealing with me is no easy task.

I just recently bought a 2016 F-150 from Empire and the process was very easy. I am a first time car buyer and Said and his team really were amazing in helping me find a car that works for me. Yesterday I bought a 2021 Hyundai from empire and I’m still reeling from what a wonderful experience I had. Mike was TERRIFIC and his boss Nelson was right there laughing with us the whole time. I was there almost 4 hours and we were having such a great time, I didn’t even realize it as time flew by. What I liked best about Mike is that he was patient, friendly, informative, yet honest- if he wasn’t positive about something with the car I liked, he did the research for me and got the answers I needed. I could tell that Mike really enjoyed his job. No pressure at all to buy, yet I did anyway
