What a great experience I had at Bristol Toyota, from start to finish! Not only did they actually have the exact vehicle I was looking for, they worked with me and my budget to make it possible for me to buy it. From the front desk to the sales staff (Bob M) to the finance dept (Eric)- they went out of their way to make this a positive experience. I went to 2 other Toyota dealerships with no luck- and then I found Bristol Toyota. I highly recommend giving them a look when you’re in the market for a great car.

Went to Bristol Toyota on a recommendation ftom a friend. Our salesman Jes B. was great. Had to pay upfront for the dealership to get the title to the car we were getting rid of. Was told once the dealership got the title we would be reimbursed what we paid up front. We bought our Rav4 in January 2021 and I'm still fighting with them for my refund. Also spoke to the General Sales Manager Keith Lincoln and all I'm getting is the run around. I will never buy another car from Bristol Toyota. Jim the finance person and Keith the sales manager are not trustworthy. Please do not do business with Bristol

Had one of the best experiences at this Toyota dealership I've ever had!! Bob M is a GREAT salesperson. And the world needs more people like him. He took his time to listen. Makes you feel comfortable with any decision you decide. Doesn't beat around the bush .or tell you what u think you want to hear just to sell a car.. I will recommend anyone i know whose looking for a car to go to Bristol Toyota in Swansea and ask for Bob M.. you will not leave unhappy stressed out or even disappointed . even if you don't leave with a car you will leave with a Smile working with Bob!! Thank you bob and Thank

I had my Toyota 4Runner inspected by Bristol Toyota a couple of years ago. I bought the 4Runner from Showcase Auto, which was nearby. Bristol Toyota was either incompetent or was covering for the Showcase auto because of some relationship.
Bristol Toyota missed tons of problems with the SUV. I even asked directly questions related to rust and whether the SUV had any interior smell. Bristol Toyota was completely wrong on what they represented to me. If you going to get a car inspected, do not go to Bristol Toyota.

I've had 3 leases over the years and always had a great experience with Toyota dealerships. Bristol Toyota is literally the worst Toyota dealership I have ever stepped foot in. The sales manager is subpar and that's me being nice. I'll take my business to Balise Toyota in Warwick.
Response to dealers comments:
First of all. Hi David! Nice to meet you David! I can finally put a name to the rude "professional" that could not bother to Introduce himself in person. Yet..somehow has all the time in world to defend his sorry excuse for a Toyota dealership on a negative review

I will NEVER buy another Toyota from this dealership. I gave them a lot of the benefit of the doubt over the years, but here's some of their greatest hits.
1) Originally buying a car I had to deal with three different people because one of the salesmen were so pushy I got anxious and had to leave.
2) the service management team is a Joke. There's things for service that the mechanic working on your vehicle recommends, then there's things the service people want you to buy and upcharge you hours and hundreds of dollars unnecessarily.
3) It took 3 weeks for me to receive my title

I went to get a new vehicle. They did not have the vehicle i wanted. They told me I will the following week. I am not happy left a deposit and after a week and a day; no one followed up with me the status of the car. I called a week and 2 days later and was told that it fell through the cracks my transaction basically not worked on or couldn't get me the deal we agreed on. But nothing was done at that point. I am upset that no one followed up. And why take a deposit if you aren't gonna follow through. Biggest mistake they dropped the ball and giving me different excuses and stories.

One dreadful car shopping experience followed by another has been my experience whenever I purchase a vehicle - FINALLY a hands down positive experience!
Here's what I enjoyed: no forceful sale, polite rather than aggressive conversation, a relatively small company (in terms of location/size, not vehicle options), and having someone genuinely interested in providing you, the customer, with the greatest experience.
Jess B. was my salesperson and there is just too much to compliment. I would highly suggest anyone to ask for him personally, you'll have someone interested in helping you

So disappointed with this company. I initially had a great experience with my sales person who was honest, timely, and very professional. It wasn't until I had an issue with my registration that things went south. I've been going back and forth with them for months about issues with my registration (some of which was my fault which I took ownership of). Finally, after speaking 15+ times to get the issue resolved, I was placed on the phone with a man named Keith. So, some people don't belong working in customer service, and this man is definitely one of those people. I always try

Your reply is somewhat humorous as you've left out most of what transpired. I was told that there was no problem fitting the truck in(told it was a 5 minute job as they have all the lug keys)as well as no mention of short staffing or anything to the like of that. After patiently waiting, expecting a text stating my vehicle was registered and inline for repair, as most Toyota customer based dealerships do...which after TWO hours I never received, which is why I inquired! In fact, I received the registration of my service as I was on my way home! I'm sure we could find this..if not I&apos

I do not recommend Bristol Toyota to anyone looking to buy any type of car. They give the worst customer service experience to their customers and treat their customers with no respect at all. The cars their sell have no warranty and have second hand parts added on to their cars . The price they show are higher then the Kelly blue boom value and they make customers pay almost twice the price for warranty on top of the price of their car. When customers finally realize that the price are above the Kelly blue book value and they getting ripped off they try force the car on the customers and threatened

Was shopping around for a newer vehicle for awhile. Wasn't having much luck. Until I went to Bristol Toyota. Not only did they have a great section of new and used pickups, I spoke with the best two sales people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking too. Salesman Jeff and Sales Manager Keith were extremely straight forward, honest, and took the time to explain and get me the best deal for my situation. Thanks again guys! I will be back for a new Tacoma sometime in the future!

My Prius battery was drained and it was unclear if I needed a new one. Spoke to Elisa in Service and she was highly professional and friendly. She was ready to wait at the end of the day for me to bring if necessary. Turns out it was a Park problem and all is OK. Typically a dealership had a feel to it. This one felt good. Todd M.

Test drove a car with a very friendly and helpful salesman. He was super low pressure and patient with all my questions. The car had previously been recalled so I told him I wanted to do some quick research first.
Emailed the next morning to say I was still interested in the car and if they could make a small concession on the price. The salesman I dealt with had the day off (which he told me about ahead of time), but we agreed that either himself or someone else would be available if I wanted to move forward. My email was bumped over to the internet sales department who told me "the internet

Stay away from having your car service there!!! I have 3000 miles on my car brand new tires!!! When I left there I had old tires on my car!!! I told them and they said it was all in my head!! They lied and would not put back my new tires. The wait time was 2 & 1/2 hours to get ripped off!!!! I will never have my car service at any Toyota again!!!!

This dealership is highly similar to other Toyota dealerships, as they have a standard layout they request owners follow. The service area is very well designed, reminiscent of a four-star hotel lobby. The bathrooms are so fancy, it took me a second to figure out how to work the faucet-mounted hand dryers.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. I do have one caveat, however. While I was only there for warranty-related service at no cost to myself, I overheard the advisors speak with several others in the waiting room during my stay. I heard quite a bit of classic dealership upselling (you need

This is my second Rav. Love dealing with Steve Axtell . He takes the time to make sure all your new car needs are met.
The service department could use a little fine tuning but the dealer ship is moving to a brand new building in Seekonk.
I'll add to this when it opens. I'm hoping the facility will off detailing and washing and vac cunning with a service.
