Terry, the office manager for Phil's, graduated from Southwestern Oregon Community College with a degree in Business Management. She can also handle many of the lock jobs brought into the shop. Phil's Lock & Key is a family owned business dedicated to quality service and customer satisfaction. Our goal is to give our customers peace of mind, knowing their home or business is secure.
We hang our dangles from the mirror, buy boss hub caps and message license plate covers, tree frog seat and steering wheel covers, lift kits and loud mufflers; our cars define us. Not only do we rely on them to get us to where we are going, but they can be a main source of entertainment. We all know our cars need constant maintenance.
Of all the items we use daily, doorknobs are probably taken for granted the most. Multiple times a day, we turn the knob, lock the door, unlock the door, slam the door; the wear and tear is endless. How often do you think about the locks and knobs on your doors? For most people, it's when the lock fails, and you can't get in, or your toddler locks himself in the bathroom and you lost the key years ago.
Most people don't know how to find the type of lock or key, so if you fall into this catagory, don't feel bad. The information is very easy to find. If you don't have the keys because they have been lost or stolen, you still may be able to determine the type of locks. Door knobs are a little different.
The security of your business is important to you. It's important to us, too, and there are several ways you can improve the safety of your building. Re-keying the locks to eliminate the possible misuse of those missing keys is a good place to start. A master key system is an easy way to restrict access to more than one door in your building.

Both keys got locked in our car this morning before 7am and the car was running! Called them and Mike was here in less than 10 minutes on a Saturday. And only charg $60. We're impessed with their customer service and Emergency price! Thank you Mike!

Great people at Phil's. Very helpful. My Tacoma door key would not work. Thought I was in for an expensive repair. They patiently explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed for a very reasonable price. All I had to do was get the key code from Toyota, and their handy Code Cutting Machine produced two brand new keys that work perfectly. Just like a brand new set. Highly recommend them.
