I called Tom’s L & K and ask how much to get into a Meilink safe. Tom’s told me they would drill it to get it open at $200 an hour and it would take approximately 3 hours and they charge for each Diamond drill bit they use. I said thank you and took it to John’s Fabrication in Empire. With a simple metal cutter, hammer and chisel they had it open in 1/2 hour and didn’t charge me anything. John said we enjoy cracking safes, no charge.

Someone stole my truck keys! I didn't have a spare! The awesome folks at Tom's were able to make a replacement! All I needed was proof of identification and insurance verification. Just in case, I also brought a piece of mail with my current name and address that matched insurance document, as my license has an old address. Process was fast and easy. Employee was helpful and friendly. It was $80. Still worth it. I made it to work on time.

What is served fast and really reasonable in price besides a Big Mac? How about a Tom's duplicate key! Having bought a more modern Ford which only had one key with a computer chip, I went to Tom's and he made a good cut as well as setting up the chip as fast as if I had ordered a combo meal at McDonalds! The price was $65.50, which for a 21st century key is a bargain.
This business has been around forever and a day but until today I never needed these services. How nice it is to see he is still around and doing such a fine job for our area!

Outstanding service! We were locked out of our family home and they were here ASAP! I totally recommend this professional company. I have worked with them for year at my employer's buildings and off and on had keys made. This is the first time I needed them urgently and I cannot speak high enough about them!

Beyond crying and just lost hope.. 3 months ago my cars ignition switch went out.. Toms lock and key came and took it apart and cleaned out what they called grafight..I paid them $430. Today the car had the same problem. I called them and they said its still inder warranty so they would come fix it.. A little after her starts looking at it he comes inside my work"were the car is" and tells me the reason why its doing that is because some sprayed grafight in it or some lube. And they wont honer the warranty! I am the only driver and I have not put anything in my ignition besides my key

Recently my key broke off inside my deadbolt. I removed the deadbolt and brought it to this company to see if the broken key could be removed. He said yes and 1/2 a minute later the key was removed and he said that will be $5.00. A couple bucks wouldn't have been too bad but $600.00 an hour I believe is a excessive.

Steve came out quickly to respond to my need to get my Ford Expedition security system reset after a tire blowout. It turned out that a wiring harness wire cut from a tire blowout causing the car not to start. He drove me to an auto parts store when we thought that my battery may be dead. Kevin came to help and offered to possible splice the wires but they were two short. The point is even though it turned out to have nothing to do with resetting the security system with their diagnostic computer they wanted to help as much as they could. They went over and above what they were called out

Called them in the evening, and needed to get the locks changed on a relative's house for security purposes. I'm in Chicago, and wasn't sure how easy it woudl be to find an after hours locksmith in a small town like Coos Bay.
Kevin answered, took the info and was at the house within 30 minutes, and changed all the locks on the house. Seeing as I was out of town, I think they were skeptical at first, but once he had the info he needed it was really smooth. My relative said he was profession and did a great job while doing the work.
