Finally, professional contractors! This was the 3rd company that I had estimate. The others were very unprofessional and the price was inflated.
Imperial came when they said, used quality product, experienced installers, and perfect install as well!
The property was cleaned as if it was their own. Thanks guys!

Ray and Kamil were very easy to work with and we were super happy with the job. The previous owners of the house had fenced in the yard on three sides and we worked with Ray and Kamil to close it in completely. They were able to design a custom gate solution to work around an existing patio and the driveway. The job was done very quickly and it looks great!

Let me preface this review by saying that I am pretty fussy and have high expectations. Imperial Fence did a fantastic job in replacing my old chain link fence with a very nice Contemporary white vinyl picket scalloped top fence. I had the same fence installed at another location a while ago by a different company. I received three quotes including one from Imperial Fence and one from the company I used before. Ray at Imperial Fence gave me a very competitive quote, much lower than the company I used previously. Also, Ray's team set all of the fence posts in concrete, used heavy duty fence posts

Imperial fence did a great job with our new fence. They even fixed part of our previous ( year old! ) fence that wasn't installed correctly for no extra cost.
They were reliable with the estimate, time of arrival, work and cleanup.
I regret not choosing them last time we replaced our fence but glad we chose them this time.

100% total satisfaction with Imperial Fence. Got a competitive, quick quote with good advice regarding materials to use for the type of fence we wanted. Started the work when they said they would and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Ray is extremely professional and friendly - his team as well. Great guys. They left the sight cleaner than it was when they found it. Most important though, the results are top notch. The fence is solid and straight as an arrow. Thanks Guys!

Kamil at Imperial Fence has 17 years experience installing, and KNOWS how to do a fence professionally. I am so glad I was patient and waited my turn and was rewarded with a beautiful hybrid fence, 6-feet privacy cedar fence coupled with a large 5-feet high black chain link fence area for my dog.
They did the job in 2 days. The whole crew was nice and very friendly and talking to some of them I know at least one has worked with Kamil for 10 years. They move around like a well oiled in-tune machine.

We had an excellent experience with Raymond and his team at Imperial Fence. They were extremely responsive, fairly priced, professional, and so easy to work with. Not only that, they were able to complete our fairly large project ahead of schedule and in only a short amount of time. They took the time to listen to our questions and walk through our vision before they got going and were accommodating to some last minute changes we proposed. I had no complaints working with Imperial Fence, despite one of the craziest (rainiest) autumn seasons that made me doubt whether we would be able to get our fence installed before the end of the season.

Terrible, these people don't know how to treat potential customers. I had an appointment scheduled relatively quickly at the end of June for fencing my yard, but getting an estimate was a whole other 'animal'. After 2 months and a dozen of phone calls, still nothing. Seriously why are you wasting people's time??? I get it, summer is busy and they are probably looking for bigger projects, but at least they could have the decency to be upfront about it rather than letting customers to stew. Definitely not reflective of a company who knows how to do business!

Imperial Fence installed my vinyl fence and I love it. Ray, the owner, gave me a fair price (as compared to other quotes I obtained). He and his team were dependable, professional and extremely courteous. They took the time to explain how they would be installing the fence, answer questions, and consult us throughout the process to make sure we got what we were looking for in the end. They were also very diligent about cleaning up and making certain the yard was tidy when they were done. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.

I recently hired Imperial Fence to install a vinyl classic white fence in my backyard and they did a fantastic job. They were very responsive and took initiative when it came to ensuring that the fence installed was the fence that I wanted. At the time of the estimate, the owner provided a thorough estimate of cost and an estimate of when he would be able to install - in both instances, they hit the mark - despite the bad weather. If you are in the market for the installation of a quality fence, I would strongly recommend giving Imperial Fence a call.

Contacted Imperial Fence by email. Heard back from them within an hour. Quickly was able to schedule an appointment to inspect my fence, which needed more than $1k repair (assessment by another contractor). Imperial Fence however, never bothered to provide an assessment, even after two email inquiries asking for follow up. Very unprofessional. Maybe they do good work. Good luck dealing with them. My experience was bad. All they had to do was tell me they were not interested in doing the work. Radio silence instead? Carzy way to deal with a potential customer! Hopefully my experience is not representative

This biz is now in Woburn FYI but same owner, Ray Andrews... anyway; So thankful for Imperial fence - Ray knows what he's doing and put up an amazing fence on my property. I had a beat up chain link on a corner lot in the city and there weren't very clear property lines so I basically had no yard. After the fence I have a beautiful yard and my property looks so AMAZING such curb appeal! He gave me recommendations but he asked me what I wanted at every step of the way which I appreciated so much!! I got 4 other quotes and they came in about 7% lower than the average which I also appreciated

Ray was terrific from day one! Very professional and responsive, and the materials he used were incredibly high quality. He helped us to choose the right design for our yard, and when the company building the panels made a mistake, he had them fix it at no cost to us. Our neighbors have told us it is the most beautiful fence on the block, and we highly recommend Imperial Fence.

Ray Andrews and his team are really great to work with ! We needed a picket fence for our house, Ray showed up very next day, quickly sent me a quote. Once we gave the ok, got it done within a week, work was estimated for 1.5 day but got it done in 1 day. The work was clean and when returned all you can see is pristine fence installed. The fence for rest of the house was also done by Imperial last year. Highly recommended ! Thanks Ray.
