Everytime I go in my back yard I am reminded what a terrible job Shannon Fence did installing my fence. And, I contacted Brian (the owner) a couple of years ago, and he promised he would come fix it. I never heard from him again, despite several attempts. Cement for posts is 5 or 6 inches above grade in many places. Top is not close to level. I have bungee cords keeping a gate closed.

We choose Shannon Fence to do our yard and are we glad we did. We called Shannon in Spring 2018 to replace some cedar panels and a gate that had blown down, along with a number of rotting posts. In this very busy year we got recordings from other fence people saying they were taking no new business, or simply no reply. Shannon called back, scheduled an estimate, and sent it promptly. They explained that it would be many weeks before we came up in their schedule, but sure enough they showed up and did a great job in one day. They even applied a trick to make level a stretch that dipped into a gulley, by extending the posts with sleeves. So now our fence looks
