We had this company come out to replace our rain gutters. Our house has a cement tile roof. A few weeks prior we had a different company come out to clean the tiles. They walked all over the roof without damaging it. But after the Gutter King workers were finished we saw many broken roof tiles where they worked. They apparently did not know how to walk on these tiles - you have to step in the middle, not the edges. I contacted Chuck about the tiles and he said he would look into getting the broken ones replaced. That was a year ago and even after a couple reminders nothing has been done. We understand

Look no further! Hire these guys! Two men showed up to clean my gutters, replace some soffit, and replace a downspout. They were punctual, respectful, courteous, fast, and answered all my dumb questions (they really were dumb questions.) The communication leading up to getting a quote and getting the work scheduled was phenomenal! I had concerns about birds being injured. Birds love to nest in those loose soffit spaces. I was assured that the owner of this company will not allow birds to be injured nor will they allow nests to be destroyed. That speaks to the character and kindness of this company

Had the gutters replaced with the roof project in Feb, 2021, the roof contractor subcontracted the gutter job to gutter king. After the gutter replacement was done, I noticed that the inclination of the gutter is NOT correctly installed. the water is not flowing to the down sprout and the water is sitting in the gutter for about 3 quarters of an inch.... The roof contractor said that they forwarded my message to gutter king and they will come and adjust it. So far, no response for the scheduling. The correct inclination is the basis of gutter installation. how was this not checked during installation

I had an estimate ( poor ) from this business which was in the ballpark of other gutter installing companies, after the estimate they told me 2-3 months which I was okay with that because I felt that they were reputable because you don’t want a company just hanging out to get your business. They call me one day and told me that I can be on their schedule in a week and that was 3 weeks after the estimate and that was okay as well.
Here’s the kicker, when they came to do the work, they looked at the estimate and it was $176.00 (their price) under their original quote, they said that it was there

Super unprofessional. They canceled my appointment that I scheduled week in advance because I did not respond to a text message they had sent. I immediately responded to the canceled text and got a response that I could reschedule my appointment for the next day. I already took a day off to have estimate done and had it scheduled in my calendar so I didn't really want to take a second day of work off for a company that can't follow through with appointments that were made a week in advance. After Gutter King removed our old gutters I noticed damage to the vinyl siding where my porch meets the side of the building. I spoke with the guys on site about it. Given the location it was probably damaged when our roof was replaced. Despite this Jake and Casey offered to repair it. They expertly matched my vinyl siding with a metal piece they had in their truck and caulked around the screws they used to attach it- preventing future water damage. They were pleasant, professional and hard workers. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't try to book this company. I got an estimate for gutter replacements on November 1, 2018. They were booked out until December 10, ok I will wait. Right before that scheduled appointment they emailed and said they were behind could they reschedule for January 7, 2019. Annoying but ok, fine. I hadn't heard anything from them so a couple days before I emailed to reconfirm - oh we're still behind we can do it January 14. I was out of town that week but was told I didn't need to be there for the work to be done. Great. Came home from vacation - no work done at all. Oh ok

I just had Gutter King out to replace 315' of gutters on my home. I went with a larger gutters, and downspouts, also a heavier gauge aluminum. Very happy with the results. The crew of 2 were very nice to work with. Chuck

We had a few companies come out to give us an estimate for our gutters. They all said our roof was too steep, along with the wood shingles, made it too difficult. Gutter King came through! Not only that, but they did a great job. They also patched some places to prevent rodents from access. The team of 2 were great guys and great to work with. Highly recommend!

We have rafter tails on our 1920 Craftsman house along with the original cedar gutters. After 100 years of service, the cedar gutters leaked.
It was hard to find companies who worked with rafter tails. Googled. Yelped. HomeAdvisored . Angieslisted. No search results for rafter tails and gutters combined.
We called a ton of companies. All of them had a unified response: "cut off the rafter tails, put up fascia board, and a 5" K gutter (because that's the only thing we know how to and can do)"
