Estimate was detailed. Got screws reinstalled for a loose gutter and downspout. Also installed z flashing. Crew was super friendly and easy to work with.
Later on, There was freezing in the downspout during the winter because of snow build up around it causing a couple of screws to come off.
They sent their crew again. No hassle at all.

A year or two ago High Point Gutter installed new gutters for my house, and I was completely satisfied with their work, so I hired them back this year to do a gutter cleaning. I was disappointed in that service. They simply blew 100% of the leaves on my roof onto the ground, but then only cleaned about 50% of them up from there (many of the leaves were blown off the roof and into the small water feature we have in the backyard as well--not helpful at all). I had to go out after the fact and spend about a half an hour cleaning up after the "clean up". If the service is simply taking a leaf-blower

Complete waste of time trying to get them in for many weeks to evaluate our gutters. Took forever to simply get on the schedule and then they wanted me to initially wait around for 4 hours like it's the cable company. I said that wasn't okay and I needed a 1 hour window and they gave me one and 24 hours before the appointment they email to say that the person wouldn't be able to come and that I would need to call the office to reschedule...rather than just proposing a new time on the email. I responded back asking them if they could simply provide what their next availability is

From quote to on-site work to settling payment--it was seamless. One small scheduling hiccup, but that was due to an unforeseen circumstance that was beyond their control and the team apologized and explained what had happened. Steve always responded within 24 hours during the work week and he was always so pleasant to work with. In fact everyone was. I hired High Point Gutter to install new gutters. The entire experience was very positive. The salesperson I worked with was attentive, patient and made sure all my questions were answered. He then followed up in email to make sure everything was right.
The crew that came out was great. They were respectful of the property and my neighbors (didn't block their driveway, cleaned up, etc...). They were friendly and courteous and wrapped up the job quickly.
I'm looking to use High Point Gutter in the future to clean my roof and gutters.

High Point totally rocked the gutter installation! We had 180 ft of gutter and 120 ft of downspouts. We requested three estimates and only Mike of High Point came on site. Mike was honest about trying to do it cheap and explained for a little extra (seriously) we could get their thicker gauge material and upgraded hangers. They screw in! We had Crew 2 (Jake and Nathan). Jake and Nate showed up on time and did a full walk around to make sure High Point met our expectations. We had High Point Gutters come clean our gutters and do a roof moss treatment. Everyone we talked to was kind and efficient. We emailed for estimates and were able to choose which services we wanted. We got an appointment just a couple weeks after we emailed, we got a heads-up call about 30 minutes before arrival, and the service tech was great. The work was done pretty quickly, and payment processed through email. I plan on using High Point Gutters again. They definitely win for friendliness and a job well done, at comparable prices to everyone else!

Started quote at late night. The owner always replied in the mornings, and we moved on for a schedule on the second day.
Technician came on time. He seems a really nice guy, saying hi and confirming. Did the job. Not able to comment the result as I cannot see the roof/gutter. Want to share one thing: technician deducted 100$ and he said it was clean somewhere that he didn't spend that much effort. It made my day!
Got the invoice/payment information via (system) email one week later.

Out of three potential bidders on our gutters, High Point was the only company that came to our house and walked around the house with me to discuss options. During this walk, Taylor offered great feedback on the specs I'd come up with and talked me out of a few things that he said weren't necessary. He also had some good ideas for a few problems areas.
The crew arrived when they said they would, answered questions and advised me on all issues they identified while providing suggestions for fixes.

Gerardo and his partner did a fantastic job on our gutters and installing covers and clearing some koss from the roof.
We were really happy with everything!
when i noticed one gutter was a bit loose, High Point sent somebody back to straighten things out riggg away.

Needed gutters cleaned. Crew rolled in, knocked it out in about an hour. Now, gutters are clean. Would have appreciated a bit more time spent on explaining which part of the gutter needs fixing or special attention, as I know there are at least 2 such places. Other than that though, job well done.
Update: Taylor saw the review and drove over personally to go over the state of my house's gutters, offer advice and even fixed a drainage pipe while here. 6 stars if I could.

Go with High Point Gutters. If you get quotes you'll see they are at par with pricing of other gutter companies, but with High Point you'll get a trusted advisor (Taylor and team) who can clearly discuss the benefits and drawbacks of various options. The 2 other companies I got quotes from acted like order takers and couldn't advise me effectively. High Point also did a great job on the install. Plus they can come back for occasional service. Slam dunk decision.

We highly recommend High Point Gutter! Our home faces a green belt and our gutters were completely clogged with tree branches/debris. Desperately needing gutter guards, I got a few bids for the job. Taylor provided a quick reasonable estimate and his crew was here within a week to install. They worked quickly, efficiently, and the new guards work flawlessly. The difference is night and day. Now the rain actually makes it into the gutter system and not down the side of the house. We're happy customers of High Point Gutter and will go to them for all our future gutter needs.

I have had High point come out twice now to repair my gutters and to replace/install gutter guards that I had purchased from Costco. Other places did not want to install guards unless they supplied them. They were quick to come out to give an estimate and I was quite pleased with the work they have done for me.

The windstorm in early January destroyed one of the downspouts attached to my house. I solicited 3 bids the next day and contacted a few more gutter shops which didn't show much interest in small repair jobs. From the first email I sent to High Point Gutter for a free estimate to the completion of the job, Taylor and his crew were highly professional and they really understood what I needed as a customer. I highly recommend High Point Gutter for many reasons: I received the best price quote out of 5 others, Taylor is great and quick to respond, the quality of the materials and speed of installation is excellent, they still replaced the gutters even though Christmas lights were installed (and put most of them back up), communicated clearly when they weren't able to make the original install date but arrived 1st thing the next morning, and offered a deal voucher for even more savings! I'm glad I finally replaced the 40 year old clogged and sagging gutters after owning the house for 7 years

Best experience ever! The team was extremely professional, friendly, and most important, they did beautiful work at a very reasonable price. After the new gutters were installed the final clean up was impeccable. It's apparent this company takes pride in their work. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Taylor and his staff.
