I made an appointment a week in advance. They were supposed to arrive at 10:30 am. I called at 10:45 and they said they would come after they were finished with a previous appointment.I waited at my house until 4 p.m. and no one ever showed up. No one ever called me. Even the following week no one called. Very disappointed with this company.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Bayside Chimney! After a horrible experience with another local company we felt like Bayside really came to the rescue. Duane and his crew were upfront, honest, knowledgeable and efficient from start to finish. We are planning to use them for all future cleanings, installs and will 100% recommend them to all of our friends. Second year in a row they failed to show at the appointed (and confirmed) time and property. Calls into the office went unanswered during office hours and not returned within 24 hours. I am sure this is a "front office" issue but wow is it costing you money and good will. When they do turn up they do fine.
