Don came to our house to help us pick some flooring. We picked a carpet that would fit our needs and everything seemed to be going well. We told Don we'd be in contact in a few days as we wanted to decide on the best route for the house. We were considering doing all carpet, half carpet, half carpet and doing some of the flooring ourselves, that kind of thing. That's when the phone calls started. My wife watches our two young boys and helps her parents out during the day so she does not have unlimited time.
