Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a small business. Once Amber and Will knew our install was done poorly instead of trying to make it right they ghosted us and wouldn’t take responsibility. Looks like I’m not the only one they have done this too (read the reviews) Not sure how they stay in business. I really wanted to support a small business. So disappointing.

This company is terrible to work with. First, they’ll do the job incorrectly, then they’ll expect full payment, which for us was 5,000. They’ll quote you for things and not do them and then still expect the entire payment. This company did a TERRIBLE job on my beautiful walnut floors and even stained the floors the wrong color. We agreed to a stain and it was on the invoice and they did it incorrectly and admitted to it. I recorded the conversation. Then they tried to blame me for them doing it incorrectly. Then they didn’t clean up their mess. Dust EVERYWHERE, and that is not an exaggeration

We had US floors direct replace all our carpet and pads just over 2 yrs ago. We had some issues with our stair treads, which they mostly fixed and I appreciate. But they were really hard on our baseboards and took chunks out of them. There's hard spots underneath our carpet I feel daily. And the upgraded pad we got sounds crinkly when you walk on it which has just gotten worse over time. The carpet which was also "high quality" and upgraded isn't soft and feels and looks cheap to me. This is why this review comes 2 years after the fact because every day I so regret using them and their materials

Amber was incredibly helpful. She was able to match flooring that was discontinued and that had been installed over two years ago. She then had it shipped to a warehouse closer to my home so I could easily pick it up. I was able to finish our master closet with the same flooring as the rest of the house. Next time I need flooring I know where I will go.

We had a Mstr Bdroom and stair case upgrade from Carpet to Wood. The team was responsive, and the workmanship was great. Their flooring team was knowledgeable, craftsmen, and worked to color match the existing to the new floor. Variables EXIST FOLKS, won't be exact, and never is, too many variables to consider from the original. They did a great job in working out the formulas and came very close, we were very happy with the work performed and service provided. Would recommend moving forward.

Called 3 companys and Ryan from US Floors Direct responded with a great quote! Needed a exact match to wood that was preexisting wood that I researched was made by Shaw. Ryan was responsive and made it a great experience along with Yo the installer and Amber at the office. I have a couple more projects that I will definately be using US Floors Direct for.

We have worked with US Floors Direct at both their locations on 2 different house, flooring projects.
They were great to work with, helpful in the flooring selection process and patient as we worked with different colors and styles that worked with our house. Their prices were reasonable and compared well with other quotes we received.

I ordered a Amazon local deal for US Floors direct. The same day I called and tried to schedule an appointment, but they were too busy to call me back. I finally got someone to come out 1 month later. She politely told me someone would be calling me in a week to schedule the work. I said great, paid them a little extra to do some carpet stretching and off she went. Well it's 4 months later now and still no call from them. The deal expires in Nov, so I called Amazon (the only good thing about this whole deal). They credited my account back plus what I paid to have them stretch the carpet!

I would not wish these guys on anyone. Get EVERYTHING in writing prior to signing everything. They like to list everything they will do and give you an overall price, but trust me, this will come back to bite you when they start telling you "we didn't do this or that" but then don't adjust the price down for what they didn't do. Also, don't expect them to show up on time each day so that that they don't have to show up REALLY early (6am) the last day without calling and still don't finish on time. Finally, when all the work is done and they have to fix
