We had a wonderful experience with Bynum and Nate today! They were on time, explained the job, did a walk through first and efficient and very friendly. Oh and had mask on and ready to go. What I most was appreciative about was the attention to detail and also concern to be careful afterwards to not slip and allowing everything to dry. We are expecting in a couple weeks and they both stressed this. All our carpets look brand new and beautiful. Thank you guys and look forward to you coming back!

Phoenix has cleaned oriental rugs for us and most recently a couch. They fit me into their busy pre-holiday schedule on short notice, showed up on time, did a great job on the couch which now looks great instead of dingy. They are careful and professional and just plain nice!

We moved into a home and wanted to replace our upstairs media room carpet but decided to see if cleaning it would make a difference. The two young men showed up on time and they were courteous. They were careful running a cleaning tube in our home. They also explained the drying process and how long it would take. Our carpet looks new and smells fresh and the cost didn't break our bank.
