Maids Next Door is amazing! Prompt, EXTREMELY thorough, courteous, and fast! My home always looks beyond expectation every time they clean. Needs to open an investigation. Not happy with lost items and the cleaning crew completely shirking responsibility despite explicit instructions to put clothes on the rack or folded, and to categorize personal items.
Personal items that were gifts went missing, and support did nothing but to reiterate what the cleaning crew said (which is impossible to verify)

I decided to give maids next door a try when I saw all of their raving reviews. Their initial "deep clean" was hardly that. I spent nearly $400 for a regular cleaning. (Cobwebs were still in light fixtures, I was still finding dust on furniture, etc) The clean should have been spotless at that price and for it being their "deep clean." Then when they came back to to do a regular cleaning at nearly $300, they tried to tell me that I had 1 more room then originally quoted and wanted to charge me even more, even though I had originally told them exactly how many rooms I had in

Great service, cleaners are well trained and knowledgeable. I am used to people using strong products and bleach around my home, I asked why they weren’t using such products, and they were more than happy to show me the products they carry and why such products were much better for surfaces like my countertop and Harwood floors. The cleaners are kind and courteous and I have no problem leaving my home before the finish.

I've used Maids Next Door on 2 occasions. Once when I needed a general apartment cleaning and once for a move-out cleaning. They were on time, professional and did a terrific job! Their prices are very affordable. P.S. I called last minute to get my move-out cleaning scheduled and they were able to come in the next day!
