My mother called this place for an estimate and no one came to her house on the day of appointment. They could have at least called to say they couldn't make it. Horrible customer service- two thumbs down.

So I saw an ad for this place FenceUSA. Looks like they also go by Fence Max. I called and asked for a quote. I spoke to a representative Katlyn Hammond who seemed like she could care less. She didn't explain anything to me.

She stated that they needed my address and would give me a quote. Never explained that they would do it based on sizing of my home via satellite. However my home is new construction and the satellite picture was not representative. They also emailed me a list of different fence styles and no pricing was listed. When I asked about differences they wouldn't
