Alenco fence is one of the leading fence companies in South Jersey. It was established in 1968 by Ted Allen. Frank and Amelia Murphy acquired the business in 1977 and through hard work and long hours they made Alenco into a successful business. In 1980 their 2 children (Chris & Maureen) came aboard and continue to run the business today.
Alenco fence company has a team of on staff installers, most crew leaders have been with us for over 10 years and some over 20. Had a very bad experience. Told them not to start as ground was too wet. They completely ignored that, proceeded anyway, and ruined my lawn. Not a single apology. They finished the installation and left several panels covered in dirt. They promised to come back and clean them up but never saw them again. Finally they broke an outside light but refused to accept any responsibility for it. This is what you get after paying over $15,000. Stay far away from this sloppy and dishonest company.

I will not do business with this company and don't recommend their services due mainly to the horrible customer service handled by the owner Maureen, who was extremely rude and condescending. Ordered 15 fence panels to be installed and old fence panels to be hauled away and only 14 panels were complete. I even gave the benefit of the doubt that it may have been an over site or miscommunication by the installer that the 15th panel wasn't installed. But Maureen blamed me, the customer for not noticing that the job wasn't complete. I paid in full for the service, it cost me $3645

Super professional team. Sometimes putting a fence up requires more creativity than just holes in the ground, and a stick wall to keep things out/in. Often aesthetics are just as important as function. The Alenco Team has seen it all and shows it through creative solutions including custom steel bending, hardscaping, arbors and pergolas. Very pleased with the installation of my new fence.. very professional appearance.. straight lines on the fence line and top to bottom... worked in an on-site gnarly 45 degree modified angles on upright corner posts designed ONLY for 90's .. worked a 5 ft section to an on-site modified 6 foot post WOW!
My gate works properly too... Gonna use them again where I hope to discover how they will accomplish fence raking and double swing gates... all in all... Looks great! ..
of course I am doing the clean up.. but that is to be expected.. worked w/me on payments toward my job for EZ budget as I did

Guys were Great, work was Great very nice people they all like working for Alenco. One thing that that
I did not like and would not make me recommend
them is I had a estimator come out and give me a price on the fence fine. When I went to pay my bill they charged me more than the contract price. I have been a contractor for 50 years I wish on some jobs I could do that.

Gary and Ed did a great job on my new aluminum fence. They were super detail-oriented and it was clear that they are passionate about what they do. Start to finish a great experience. Also every time I called their office with a question an employee immediately answered and helped me. Quote was slightly higher than another one but I chose them bc they have in-house install teams and I clearly made the right choice.

Never been more pleased...had some vinyl fencing installed an I was not happy with positioning of some posts. Came back 2 days later tore it down and re-installed. Very pleased and minimal effort on my part. Very ethical and will recommend them to everyone.

These guys were great- we had to re align an existing fence to accommodate a pool and upgrade to meet pool standards. They not only were great initially- but we had a very stringent inspector that found things - after the fact- this Alenco came back out for small things about 5 time to get then fixed ( issue was original build was a long time ago and not up to spec for pools - not Alenco).

You can't go wrong with Alenco. We had approximately 1/2 an acre fenced in with 3 rail split beam and post. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. We had to make some changes to the original plan by adding more rails, then I asked to move a gate, and then finally postponing the work competition for some unforeseen septic work. They adapted to changes and made sure that I was satisfied as a customer 100%. They build our fence with my family's needs in mind and foresight to make great suggestions, all in a timely manner. Our new fence is beautiful and functional, couldn't ask

2nd time we used alenco fence and would not hesitate to use them again-
my husband had several operations and we needed this latest fence put up - the old wood one was falling apart - we got a white vinyl fence and what a beautiful job and even makes the house and lawn look amazing!!! these guys came out on the hottest day and my husband made sure they had plenty of water - you get what you pay for and when it comes to my house I want it to look nice - they are neat, timely and friendly so 5 stars to these guys and the company !!!!!

I don't think the other reviewer has researched the fence businesses in this area; if you want a cheap fence there are plenty of places that will get you a cheap fence and cheap looking too. If you want the highest quality materials installed by trained craftsmen who specialize in fencing and fence mending, these are the guys. I've used them several times and every time has been a pleasure. Recently on an installation we asked to make a change after the fence line was already installed; the crew made it happen and with not too much of an up-charge. On the same job, we asked for
