I have an 11 a.m. appointment to have an estimate done to have a fence installed I had to take time out of my schedule to be here for the estimator whose name is Larry. At 11:20 a.m. I called Larry to find out where he was he said he was stuck in traffic and had called me 30 minutes prior to let me know he might not make it. He never called. He then said he would be at my location in 20 minutes. 25 minutes later he still did not arrive. I called and canceled the appointment.

You guys are blocking a city street while doing work for PennDOT, preventing trash and recycling collection for two streets without prior warning to residents. I asked one of your workers if you obtained a street closure permit. He said "no" and turned his back to me. Also, one of your workers was relieving himself behind a tree on our street -- not exactly 5 star, or even 2 star representation of your company.

We had APEX out to do a 6 foot cedar privacy fence for our back yard and could not be happier with the job they did. Jerry came out and was very helpful in helping me select the proper fence for what we were looking to do. The workers were very professional and completed the job faster then we could of hoped for. I would recommend this company for anyone who is looking to have a fence put in at their home, definitely a five star experience for us.

I was a little dissapointed with my experience with Apex. Im not one to give bad reviews to any company, but I had to rearrange my work schedule to have the company come out to give us an estimate and no one ever showed up. I had to call the company to find out if they were running behind schedule and never really got an answer. After waiting an hour we called and cancelled. It was a bit unprofessional and we were really looking forward to using this company too.

I called to get an estimate done for a job to install a small fence for my dog. The person took down my info and told me that because it was close to the end of the business day and to expect a call tomorrow. Cool! But, three days later, no call??!! I guess you don't want my money...FINE! There's plenty of other companies that'll take it. Your loss! :P
