15 years of night riding and mountain biking, Light and Motion never failed me! I ride over 5 hours in the dark, and 100+ miles per week. These lights are top of the line in quality, features and performance.
I use the Seca as my primary / helmet light, Taz as my backup, Vis 180 Pro as my taillight, and Rando 500 as a small handlebar light. In 2020, I am just now replacing my Enduro batteries from 2013 - they still work great and will be saved for emergency backups!

I contacted their customer service via email and they said they would get me a replacement base for my GoBe underwater light. Although they never sent a PO, invoice, or any other form to be used for this discounted replacement for my light. I've emailed at least 6 separate times and gotten zero replies other than an automated generic reply saying someone would return my email within 3 days. It has been weeks now. I've tried calling, DM through FB, multiple emails and replies to our original email thread......and absolutely NOTHING! Customer service absolutely is non-existent. I don't like to leave

Stay seen, stay safe! Undoubtedly the best bike lights on the market. I’ve been using my urban 650 for the past 5 years and my only compliant is that I didn’t order a 2nd for my helmet 😜

Excellent Customer Service. The mounting post on my Urban light broke off in the mount, just like Sarah's photo shows. I hope they address the issue of the posts breaking. As a precaution I will use the lanyard loop with the new light. I contacted support via their web site the night it happened. I filled out the form, uploaded a scan of my receipt, it is essential to keep for this reason, it was within the 2 year warranty. I received an email the next day, with a code to replace my light for free or apply it to an upgrade, a 120.00 dollar value. I assume the value was based on the light I had

I purchased a Vis Pro headlight system and it worked great for a Year (+ or-), and then the USB port on the device stopped working. I took it into my favorite bike shop, Bicycle Trip. They contacted your company and you replaced it with no cost to me. Thank you!!! Awesome products and great customer service!!!

Amazing bicycle lights! I have one of their headlights and taillights on each of my bikes. They are durable, compact and yet provide tons of lumens for lighting up the road on night rides. Wonderful to see and be seen by vehicles. The main reason I'm submitting a review is their incredible customer service. Had some problems with my Urban 850 and 650 lights, and sent an email via their website, not expecting any response (nothing personal, I just have low expectations about companies responding when you have a problem). A customer rep emailed me the NEXT DAY, helping me to get my lights fixed

Couldn't be happier with their customer service or product. After using one of their lights for ten years they replaced the battery for a reasonable cost. I was impressed because their customer service team followed up after my initial inquiry to provide tests and metrics to gage whether the light needed the service in the first place. I own 2 of their lights and was happy with the products and service until my Taz 1000 started to have charging and battery issues.
No service support for a 3 and a half year old light! Fairly annoying attitude from the customer service rep who could not fathom why I did not want another light at a "discount".
I thought I WAS NOT buying a disposable light.
Very disappointing value for the price they charge.
So I did not get what I paid for and the only solution they offer is a bogus 30% discount on another light from them. I can find their lights on sale on line so they really are

I purchased a brand-new SECA 800 light system and the battery did not work right out of the box. Light and Motion will not send a replacement battery despite having a receipt of purchase because, I am told, it was not purchased from one of their authorized dealers. The warranty is not transferrable. The warranty is all but useless to me.
Horrible customer service.
Before you purchase any light from this company, secure a guarantee from Light and Motion, in writing, indicating that the product will be replaced if it fails. Also note the time difference between the date in which the product

Fabulous customer service. My Seka 1500 shorted out. It was fixed and returned so I received it within a week of shipping it. Customer Service heard how much of a hurry I was in to have the light again and indicated they would put a rush on the repair and they came through for me. ( When I had questions when I first purchased the ight 2 years ago, they were very responsive and helpful)
It is a wonderful light. Not only does it wonderfuully light up trails and dark roads to enable safe riding at night, it makes me visible and so much safer at all times.

I own a urban 350 barlight that starting slightly malfunctioning on me. However, The light is awesome well built and dependable. The casing started to come apart but light still shines bright. They were more than willing to set me up with a warranty credit towards a new light. Very pleased with this company's service

Light and Motion make, IMHO, the absolute best video camera underwater housings on the market. I've owned several, and I NEVER have to worry about leaks (certainly the typical #1 worry...."let's take a $1000+ camera and put it in salt water"). L&M housings have several features that I love:
- electronic controls. This minimizes the # of o-rings (and holes) in the housing....and provides access to most of the cameras functions. In my system, the right grip buttons control the video, the left grip controls photography (as a general rule).
