Over time, Andy and Allyn brought the beauty and strength of concrete to homes and businesses throughout the El Paso and southern New Mexico area. In 2003, Aaron, Andy and Allyn's son, joined the company, originally as Sales Manager, then Director of Operations and now, President. Aaron learned the concrete and pool business from the bottom up, starting the summer he was 13 and most summers thereafter.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO DO QUALITY WORK!!! I have been paying for their mistakes. Aaron is incompetent. Marilyn is complacent. Chris the “plumber “ is worse than incompetent. I spent a quarter of a MILLION dollars for their poor quality work. They have horrible communication. That was the first problem. They have done such a poor job for such a huge price. Do not use these people. The pool color is turning gray after less than two years. I’m paying more than the cost of the fence to fix it. This company is terrible, and if I could give them 0 stars, I would! After putting a very large deposit down, they continually lie about showing up and never have! They don't answer phone calls, and when they do, they never have concrete dates for the start of the pool service. They seriously lack professionalism and clear communication! Save yourself the trouble of having to contact your credit card company to cancel payment due to never receiving services, which is what we had to do, and take your business elsewhere!

Bomanite Artistic Concrete & Pools is well-known for their work but appears to be under new management. There is a complete lack of professionalism at the managerial and technical-creative level. Calls, estimates (quotes) were not handled with not even a courtesy return call. Company may be focused on commercial projects at the expense of residential, smaller clients. jlv

I paid this company a large fee to drive out to check out my pool in far West Texas. It has been over a month and I've made 3 phone calls and they will not provide a quote on the work we discussed or even just call me back or email to let me know they're busy. Very poor customer service and now I wouldn't trust them to hire them. I feel like they took my money knowing they would never do the work.

This company stood us up twice. The first time they didn’t show for our scheduled appointment I called the office and a young lady said she needed to check if someone was still coming and call me back. When she called me back she said the guy was stuck in a meeting - even though someone should’ve called us to reschedule I let it go. I was told I would be called on Monday to reschedule. No one called Monday so I called. The lady that answered said she is one of the owners and apologized and said since it was after closing someone would call me The next day to schedule. I requested a quote from this company for an outdoor kitchen based on their website and "reviews" assuming they would be professional and do quality work. I met with Aaron and discussed what we had in mind. I knew they wouldn't be inexpensive but I was willing to pay more for good/quality service.
