SCAM ALERT!!! BE AWARE!!! This company is a SCAM. AVOID doing business with them!!! If you already have fallen victim, report them @reportfraud.gov.
They will charge you $200 for "service initiation" and pretend to put you on a schedule, but they will NOT show up after that first time of super-charge, and either will NOT take your calls or HANG UP ON YOU if you call to ask why they are not showing up to clean your pool. Awful experience! I should have checked their YELP REVIEWS before dealing with them.

Charged me $145 for first time cleaning even though pool wasn’t green then set me up on a schedule which he only showed up once. No wonder he charges a large first time cleaning

I had a 40+ year old pool completely resurfaced with new tiles, a new cool deck and new pump/motor installed with a timer. The entire job took 4 days to complete which was faster than the estimated amount of time. The pool is a NEW pool! My wife and I are very happy with the work and would recommend Ocean Pools.

This man Ricardo Feria stole $7000 from us. He abandoned the work site and once he got paid in full 45k never returned. We are currently suing him. Does not have a contractor permit to build for the city. Is not even registered as a contractor with a license. Do not trust this man inside your home.

I was recommended to hire Ocean Pools by word of mouth. When they came to clean my pool, the gentleman was on time, he was very polite and did a great job! My pool was left crystal clear! Definitely, I will be hiring them for my pool cleanings. Now is my turn to recommend Ocean Pools by word of mouth and thru this review.

Such amazing people! They did such a great job on cleaning the pool that hadn't been cleaned in over month. They took their time and cleaned it efficiently. super satisfied. The kids were excited and we are ready to swim in this heat.

Ocean pools is very unprofessional, this was my first and last time doing business with them. The moment they arrived at my home the employee went straight to my back yard without asking me for permission. We heard the water hose running and we panicked for a second. After he came to my door and asked me to pay for the full service upfront. I was never told when I called the day before that I was going to have to pay for the service before they even got started. I refused to pay for the service In full upfront and the employee call the owner to see if there was a chance I could pay after the service

THIS MAN IS A THIEF!!! HE STOLE $7000 FROM ME!!! The owner's name is Ricardo Feria. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! He never finished the job and lied to us constantly. He promised to complete the job but kept aasking for advances in money, threatening us that he could not finish the work because he needed more money for the workers and materials, etc. The he stopped showing up, stopped answering my calls and every attempt to contact him. THIS MAN DESERVES TO BE IN JAIL!!! WE ARE SUING!!

I used this company to clean my swimming pool often, they also clean my filter, they are very honest people and nice. I highly recommend them since they are always doing a good job. Sometimes they can be late but they do show up and do a good job and the repairs are affordable. Keep up the good work guys

Never made it right. Less than 6 months later tiles are falling out. Never refunded money I paid for an LED light that never was installed. I don't think he's in business anymore and I'm not surprised.

You don't find many stores where the people who work there really know their stuff inside and out like this place. It's one of the few of a dying breed of home-owned specialty stores where there is true knowledge through experience and they're willing to share that knowledge.

Terrible Service - avoid if you can. I called to schedule a one-time pool cleaning, and was told they would be at my house the next morning. When I called later in the morning to ask if the technician had been able to complete the work, I was told "oh, I don't know when they do, I just answer phones, but I'll call back to you." Finally at 5pm a guy shows up like there's nothing wrong. When I try to tell him that he was supposed to be there at 9am, he tells me that I'm wrong. And of course, despite their website claiming they are open until "8:15PM" the personal

Beware of this company as they are not honest and up front about their fees. We got told one price and was charged another.
