If I could give this company 10 stars I would!! Dave and his team are wonderful! I had a heating issue and Todd (who is awesome) found the problem and made sure that everything was working perfectly. This is a company that takes pride in the way they treat their customers!! Thank you again...you guys are the BEST!!

Todd Collins was the service technician who, arrived w came out and handled my Sunday emergency call. When I left a message at the main number, he returned my call promptly, arrived at the time he said he would, Fixed the problem quickly, explained the problem and answered all my annoying questions, politely and with a smile. I would recommend Mr. Collins throughly.

Called regarding water heater leaking all over, Todd was sent with new water heater within a couple of hours . Can't say enough about how polite, efficient and hard working Todd was. Appreciated Todd's "can do" spirit. . . Even maneuvering our basement stairs, which was no easy task. Great job Todd and thank you Potter HVAC for such a quick response!

Todd was excellent at installing a new kitchen faucet and sprayer and unclogging our bathtub clog. He left the old ones in a plastic bag as I left instructions to do so. Since we were out of town, he called me when he finished the work, explaining everything he did and answered my questions.
A furnace technician is coming out next month to do the annual maintenance and inspection for our natural gas furnace.
Dealing with Todd and everyone at Potter Heating Cooling & Plumbing was easy and a great experience. They communicated very well throughout the whole process, from calling for an appointment

Just had an amazing experience with Potter! I called for emergency service. They arrived with 20 minutes of my call. Todd was extremely helpful and I am very pleased with the repair and the cost, which was very fair! I will definitely use Potter again if the need arises and highly recommend them!

My heat went out so I called Isaac Monday morning November 22 who installed the new Rheem unit in our house in 2015. I was told they could come to fix it on Friday December 3rd. Really, so no heat for almost two weeks! Obviously they have grown beyond the ability to cover customers and equipment they installed. The advertisement I see on TV and elsewhere say they are there for you 24/7. That seems like false advertising! I called Potter Heater & Cooling and they came out in the afternoon and fixed the problem. Friendly fast service. Potter has a new customer in me!

This is the second year I have used this company and every time I’ve called they are always professional and friendly. They also very timely they gave me a window of a couple of hours but was at my house in the first half an hour. Not many companies come that quickly. Also their prices are extremely reasonable. They have my business!!

I called Potter on a Sunday morning when I realized the AC unit had been running all night, yet the house temp was 80. They had someone out within 60 minutes. They fixed the issue within an hour. No major parts needed. To say I was relieved is an understatement. Extremely professional and reasonable. I’d definitely recommend them. Thank you!

I called Potters on Friday and had a technician here on Tuesday. He arrived on the day and time of my appointment. He was polite, listened to my description of the problem and within 10 minutes had the diagnostics completed, took me to the area in question, explained everything and within 20 minutes, my AC was fixed. He was thorough to the point of pointing out an additional potential issue and provided me with a quote for that work. I cannot say enough good things about my first experience using Potters. I'm a very pleased customer and recommend them to anyone in need.

I can't say enough about this company. They serviced a leak in my kitchen sink as well as my furnace. When I was told I should probably get a new furnace, they gave me all the options and then delivered and installed the furnace the next day!! The owner Dave, really puts his customers first and his crew are topnotch!
