Colton and Nate were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. They installed a sump pump and croc, replaced old cast iron pipes, and installed my washer and dryer. I will absolutely be calling them again for any future work!

Our steam heating boiler gave up the ghost at the beginning of the season, leaving us without whole house heat. A new boiler can be a rather large unexpected expense, and not everybody knows steam systems! Everyone we worked with at Lagana was pleasant and professional, and always started by making sure we were set with short term heating. Josh was very knowledgeable with our quote, and Clayton and Connor clearly knew what they were doing with the install. We now have a new boiler for comfortable heat this winter, beautifully installed quickly and cost effectively!

Excellent company to do business with. Called for no heat service on a Saturday and technician arrived ready to go to work. Colton found the problem but unfortunately the part had to be ordered. Luckily the temperature outside was in the high 50's. Derek arrived on the following Thursday and installed the new parts. Very professional from the start to the finish. Would definitely recommend.

We had Derek at today's heating maintenance and have had him in the past. He is very professional, friendly, always calls ahead of arriving and we look forward to him taking care of our AC and furnace. When you call Lagana Plumbing & Heating Office, they are very friendly and helpful in scheduling for someone to come out. I would highly recommend them.

Very impressed!!! They were very professional on time did a thourough and very good job both installing whole house filtration sanitation system toilet and hot water heater. They were very polite clean and respectful. I would highly recommend them as they also didn’t try to rip you off by stating one price and charging another. Very nice young men!

Colton is fantastic! This is the third time in as many months that he has worked on different parts of the plumbing in my new (built in 1876) home, and every time he has been professional, courteous and polite, and friendly. He answers questions readily and is always on time, performing the work needed effectively and efficiently. He has won me as a long-term customer for Lagana Plumbing & Heating. The representatives I've met at the Lagana home base, Ruffalo Appliance, have also been very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Our house was getting to be just too hot on summer days. Lagana was very professional and Lawson came out the same day I called and gave us a full estimate on a Mitsubishi mini split unit. Chris came out a few days later and installed everything on a scorching hot day and did an absolutely great job. We love our new AC, and like they promised it works extremely well and is almost silent. I would highly recommend Lagana to anyone.
