After discovering a cast iron drain/vent pipe split vertically and dripping in the basement. I called and was so pleasantly surprised (in today's world you know what I mean) to receive quick and expert service to handle my repairs. I purchased a new home and the stove was a dud. I went to home depot to buy a new stove and was told before I buy to make sure there was a shut off valve behind the stove. Well to my surprise there was not. I called your company and this lovely woman who answered the phone was so nice to me. I wasn't sure if my water heater could be repaired or not. The receptionist was very helpful and said someone could be out in a few hours and gave me a time window. Jacob was prompt, courteous and explained my options. He did a terrific job! I will definitely be using this plumbing service again.

My Dad's faucet in the shower pulled away from the shower casing and water was flowing into his basement. Was referred to John Lockwood plumbing and they were over within a few hours. My Dad was very nervous; however, they found the problem, fixed it and then explained what happened. Dad felt much better. He has a few more plumbing issues to deal with and we have called John Lockwood back for help. Great service at a great price!

What a nice experience. Jacob came to remove a water softener unit. He was prompt, courteous, and capable. Job was done in an hour. This was my first experience with Lockwood Plumbing. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises. Would be very happy if Jacob returned.

Main sewer line was plugged - called JLP and they provided same day service. Jacob showed up on time with a friendly smile. We talked through what I had already tried to resolve the issue, he listened attentively and then went to work. Within the hour later the drain was flowing. Jacob is outstanding and I highly recommend JLP. A satisfied customer!
