Our water heater quit suddenly and the status indicator light window was blank. There was no pilot light visible. I needed the help of a professional technical person to run a diagnostic and an estimate for any repair the heater needed. They were very quick to respond to my voicemail on a weekend and since it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. Erik was in time, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and clearly explained what repairs were needed. He quickly took care of the installation and left no mess behind. A little late writing this but these guys saved me from an emergency a few years ago. I was selling my house and had the inspection a day away and all of a sudden my basement flooded from a blown water heater. They showed up a few hours after the call and in a very short time I had a new water heater installed and the price was excellent. Highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs!

They just made my day. Literally the happiest I could possibly be right now (in the middle of a pandemic). My hot water heater went out last week. And I called a different company that came up higher on the search algorithm on Yelp to come take look at it. They told me I would probably need a new water heater and that they could take care of it for me for the low low price of $2400. They mentioned there was a small chance it was still under warranty and that I could check that out first but stated they thought I should just replace it since it's not a great water heater anyway. Technician showed up on time, was knowledgeable, and fixed the multiple issues that were contributing to having water in my basement. The dispatcher sent a text when I made the appointment to confirm the day and time, and I received a text the day of the appointment to let me know the technician was on his way. The service was overall better than I expected.

What a wonderful company. Joe B was our plumber and he was polite and professional. We placed a call yesterday and they were here before 9:15 am today. Their prices are reasonable and we will definitely use them again for all of our plumbing needs. He even took all of his trash to the garbage can. We love that little touch of value added service.
