We had them fix plumbing in our home. The guys were super nice and got the job done but we it came time for the bill it was horrible. It was way more than the estimate. They never told us we had to pay per hour PER PERSON for labor but when questioned about it stated it took two people to get it done. I have no issue paying for work done but it was a lot of hidden stuff like the drive time, the time ordering parts, different fees for different people, etc from what we were told when it was questioned.

It took the technician 6 hours to install a new dishwasher and a water line for our refrigerator.he seemed slow at it also and I had even helped him with both installs..and we think we were over charged.as the price was more than what we paid for the dishwasher..we are not happy with the amount charged for the work done...
