They came in and thoroughly cleaned my home top to bottom after I had all of the floorings in the downstairs replaced. Everything was covered with dust. Stephanie and Raven were wonderful. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected. They were very personable and kind. They were extremely respectful of my husband and me. I just cannot say enough good things about these two.

When I was woken up at 3 in the morning to my daughter yelling my name, the last thing I expected was to come downstairs to my kitchen flooded! First thing I did was call my dad. He told me to call Servpro of Pickens county. Ben Wilson came to my home and explained everything that needed to happen. With my husband being out of the country, I had a lot of questions that Ben answered in a way I could easily understand. Servpro was able to save my floors and made this entire disaster seem less disastrous. Thank you to all of the Servpro team!!

After finding a water leak and the severe damage in multiple rooms, called Tammy at Servpro and Ben came out and started the mitigation process immediately. Tammy was always available to answer any questions and Ben was onsite daily throughout the demolition, drying and even coordinated the asbestos removal (house is 50+ years old). Definitely recommend!!!

My house burned due to lightning a short while ago.
ServPro came in a took care of business and nothing was too big for them. Their dedication to a speedy process and recovery was excellent. Their field manager Emmett was nothing but great.
But I'm here today to praise four amazing ladies I met at their PICKENS office yesterday, when I received and email the day before that there were some items I needed to pick up. To make the story short... the way that I was greeted made me feel like I was Royalty and they certainly brighten my day. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is what makes customers

Waited three days for an estimate to clean an apartment and some other work. I only got the price after calling on a weekend, because they failed to contact me as promised. I can tell you, having spent 30+ years in the cleaning and restoration that their price was beyond ridiculous.
