I highly recommend Property Plus to anyone in need of these type of services. When Nick and Brad came out to assess the damage to our home, they were very knowledgeable and informative. They took time to explain their process so that we would know what to expect. Nick was always a phone call away to answer any questions I had, not once did he not pick up his phone when I called, and I called a lot.
Danny oversaw the mitigation process, I can’t say a lot about that because I simply don’t understand it all, but he too was professional friendly and eager to help and I feel like he took good care

Despite my recent unfortunate situation with severe condo water damage, when Luis (Danny) walked in my door, he immediately let me know that he and his team were there to help me. He also assured me he would take care of all my belongs during the clean up and drying out process. He was so professional, but also personal, courteous and kind. My situation has been overwhelming. I have never experienced anything like this. Luis was empathetic and assuring with a “We’ve got this “ attitude. I had confidence in him the first day I met him. A company who performed work on my house this summer caused a water leak that persisted for several weeks before it was discovered. Thankfully, they hired Property Plus to handle the remediation. Fast outstanding service. Arrived while the plumber was completing the pipe break.They went to work immediately in a room that needed the wall and ceiling removed and then moved on to the garage. Moved in heaters to dry both areas. Both of the men worked tirelessly through out the week to constantly check the temperatures to be sure of dryness. I am very appreciative to their outstanding young men who took so much care

We called property plus for a shower leak. The leak was repaired followed by water damage cleanup and mold mitigation. From the first phone call with Nick we felt at ease.I can't say enough about how fantastic Luis is.They did an amazing job! You can feel comfortable and confident the job will be done right. Danny the manager was professional from the beginning. He got to my home at 8pm and stayed till 11:30pm to assess the the damage the first night. After that his team of workers were wonderful. They were efficient neat and am secure knowing that my belongings r being well taken care of Debbie the manager of the packing team made the job go seamlessly. She is friendly and has the ability to calm a rough situation. The movers James and Travis r both very respective and went the extra mile. Thank you both. Extremely responsive - I spoke with them in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. Professional and friendly service and walked us through the process thoroughly. It always felt like they cared very much about making sure our ceiling and walls were dry. They had to cut into the ceiling but put down plastic and vacuumed after to not leave a mess. Just excellent service through the entire process. I can’t say enough good things - I highly recommend them!

Nick with Property Plus called me the day after my garage caught fire and his affiliated company showed up to board up the garage. He was professional, thorough, and definitely reliable. They tore my garage back to the studs, coordinated a plumber to replace the hot water heater, worked to get a new garage door done, etc. The entire house was repainted due to smoke damage inside, and they did a fantastic job repairing the damage the fire department did to make sure the fire was out. His team spent 3 days after we moved back in following up with last minute details to make sure we were satisfied
