We are only at the early stages of starting construction on a new house, that means, making selections, signing papers, and meeting with all the key people who will be involved. What a great group of people. They all work together to get our questions answered and provide us with tons of attention. There is so much to consider and it can be overwhelming making decisions about floor plans, cabinets, paint, and a million other details. But the people we have worked are caring and patient. It is obvious they want us to get everything that we want. I feel very confident with the team we are working

Working with Wayne Bergeron and his staff at American Home Place (AHP) Katy, Texas to design our custom built home has been very rewarding . After meeting with several Home Builders , we decided that AHP was the right builder for us. I enjoyed working with this company. They exceeded my expectations and did so in a timely manner. What I loved most was their patience and understanding. They accommodated all of my requests with frequent communication. I never not once felt out of the picture or lost or confused about anything. Their attention to detail was amazing which really helped narrow down structures and ideas I had in mind. They really know what they are talking about and give great advice! They have all been very nice and helpful, we just had our site meeting with Travis and he explained everything to us and made sure we understood what was going on. My wife and I have been working with the team at America's Home Place in Katy, Texas, since the end of June when we began the process of building a small farmhouse. The entire team has been professional and helpful at each stage of the process. In the planning stage we worked closely with Chris and Wayne who were very willing to make all the changes we requested. We just closed on our BEAUTIFUL Hanover house!! We are beyond happy with America’s Home Place and would highly recommend!! From beginning to end, the experience has always been pleasant and professional! We never had a delayed response anytime we had questions and never were made to feel like an inconvenience when we called. Chip & Skylar were amazing throughout the entire build always keeping us informed!! AHP-Katy, Tx is the perfect choice when it comes to choosing a homebuilder. It brought us great joy to transform our dream house into our family's home. Everything went smoothly from the planning, to the execution of the plans, to the finished product. The most amazing part from start to finish was the estimating and the budgeting of our home. To put the trust into a company to make one's dream a reality, it really is similar to a leap of faith when it comes to out of pocket expenses. When we decided to build a home on our lot, we visited with multiple builder in the area. What America’s Home Place offered as “standard” was far and above what the others offered! We were very pleased with our sales consultant, Chris, and his eagerness to work with us thru the entire project. And the construction team (from the superintendent to the trade crews) always did a great job of working quickly, cleanly, and in a manner than made us comfortable with their part of the process.

I really appreciate Christopher Williams taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns regarding building my new home. He was willing to listen to my questions about the building process and explain various options that I have to choose from to address them.
Chris made me feel very comfortable and at ease and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very easy to talk to and made me feel completely at ease discussing my ideas for building a new home.
