Scott Homes Inc built our home 6 years ago and when we decided to finish our basement, Jay Scott was the only one we even considered for the job. The professionalism the Scott Homes team brings to the job is without question. From recommending an architect to help us get our vision on paper to sitting down with us and going over the cost of the project, Scott Homes was there with us. All the contractors Scott Homes uses are superior. They were all very respectful of our property and did excellent work. Jay Scott and the whole scott homes were fantastic to deal with. From the design of our home to the finish product they listened and tried to give the home of “your” dreams not theirs as some other builders we had met with wanted. They allowed us to have as much or as little input in the home building project. All the finishes came out great and best of all we finished on schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have always heard horror stories from people using contractors to build their new custom home so we were very particular when selecting a home builder. After much research we chose Scott Homes Inc as our builder of choice and what a great decision it has been. Scott Homes worked with us to modify our house plans so that all of the extras that we wanted (or didn't want as the case may be) were incorporated into the build. Jay then provided us with an estimated cost and schedule which was updated and sent to us weekly. They were thorough and efficient and willing to communicate proposed
