Fortress Builders just built a home for our clients in Mount Calvary! This was the absolute most pleasant experience. From the first time we met Kimberly Johnson, the on site sales agent we were impressed! We were impressed with the product, her knowledge and professionalism. We went under contract with our buyer client early in November and closed on their beautiful home the end of March! (and this was during a pandemic!) Kimberly kept us and the buyers informed every step of the way. This was an A+ experience and our buyers are very happy in their new Fortress Built home!

We closed on our new home a few weeks ago and are already in love with it. Having owned several homes, this is by far our favorite, mainly because of the design, quality of work, layout, and attention to detail. The Fortress Builders team has also proven to be very professional and responsive, both during and after the closing phase. Warranty issues and HOA approvals are responded to quickly and they communicate where you are in the process of them sending someone out or reviewing your HOA requests.

I was fortunate enough to have purchased one of their homes in Acworth. I knew it was a well built home and hated leaving it. After moving to the northeast and seeing what passes for “quality” here, I find myself wishing I could get a Fortress home nearby! There’s a difference between knowing how to build a home and taking the time to build it right. All the best.

We have bought several new construction/custom homes in the past, but never has a builder done a second walk-through before closing. Mark has been responsive to all of our warranty issues and contract items. Kimberly worked extremely well with our agent, even responding on her off days. Great group to work with.

I knew absolutely nothing about Fortress so I had no expectations or any kind of a knowledge base to make this major decision. Our Fortress house is very well-built and the master-on-the-main floorplan is perfect for us. We were one of the first to buy a Fortress home in Harmony on the Lakes in 2013 and have been happy that we did ever since. Fortress transformed the previously undeveloped, neglected south end of Harmony into a lovely "square" filled with beautiful houses and well-planned landscaping. Thank you, Fortress, for our house... thank you for our home!
