Very shady builder. They had the wrong granites installed and will not replace. They won’t even provide the granite supplier name so that I can cross check their information. They allow you to customize your home and then provide horrible service when you call them out on their poor job. The sellers agent at the BrookStone Creek property is very unprofessional and no responsive. They have zero understanding of customer service. AVOID THIS BUILDER AT ALL COST don’t make the same mistake I made.

Do NOT get into a contract with this company to build your house! After waiting 5 months to have complete home and drywall is up. Talking about any fixture changes. We get a call that they cancel contract because since materials went up and houses went up. They want to now sell to someone else for a higher price. Even threat to loose deposit on a 450000.00 dollar house. They doing this to everyone in a new neighborhood in Canton Georgia. This the new American way is screw the consumers! Attorneys are now involved and Action News Channel 2 will do a story. Stay clear of this company.

This may be the worst builder we've worked with. My wife and I are KW agents, working together for nearly 15 years. 8 months ago Venture Communities started our clients home in the Brookstone Creek subdivision in Dallas, GA. They do not answer calls, neither their on-site agent or Barry, who I guess is the on-sight construction manager, will answer or call back. We've had disappointing experiences with builders, but nothing like this. We were supposed to have a walk through today. We received an email around 4:15 yesterday evening cancelling today's 9:00 a.m. walk-through, they did not reschedule

Good luck trying to get into contact with someone. You’d think that you’re trying to sell them your house instead of the other way around. Loved the community but unfortunately, I have to pull teeth to get someone to call me

Unfortunately this company doesn't care too much about the erosion from their development running off into creeks and destroying their neighbors property so to update even after the stop work order for their disregard of the creek the keep letting contractors work every day since
