I am so happy with my new home, I purchase my home almost a year ago. I am still in love with my home. I have used my warranty with the home, regarding a plumbing issue, The contractor responded immediately. Shan is super professional and she made my first time buyer experience wonderful. Shane was very professional, she help me through the entire process no matter what time it was she was always available. The first time I meet her i felt reall good like if I already knew her she knows her work. When she show me a the model house that i wanted I felt in love with it right away. I enjoy my house. I didn’t need to see any other model. I recommend her to anyone that is interested in buying a house.

I purchased(financed) a new build with KFH. KFH puts their time into building their homes with quality and features that are considered upgrades to other properties. The builder Chris made sure my process was smooth they provided realistic expectations. I was able to close on the date they provided. I was leery on purchasing a new build for the 2nd time around but, my experience with them made it all worth wild. Shan Walker is the agent I worked with from KFH. Shan's approach to selling couldn't be any better! Time, patience and professionalism is what sealed everything for me.

My home buying experience with Kerley, LaJuana in particular, was awesome! It was a fairly lengthy process and LaJuana was available and accessible the entire time. Her responses were timely and she displayed a level of courtesy and professionalism that is unfortunately lacking in many businesses today. She helped to ease some of the angst and uncertainty that building throughout the Covid Pandemic brought. Ronda is extremely responsive with any and all questions a new home buyer might have about a Kerley Family Home. Even when she was out of town, Ronda responded to my texts and emails to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the buying process!!!

LaJuana provided excellent service. She was prompt in returning emails, phone calls and texts! Building a house during the middle of a pandemic led to delays and supply chain issues, but LaJuana and Chris were honest with timelines and were quick to let us know of a delay or change in schedule. We received weekly emails updating us on the progress and what the plan was for the following week. LaJuana and Chris worked well together and I would recommend this team to anyone looking to build a house. I hope Kerley Family Homes knows what an asset they have!

I wish I could give this no stars! Do yourselves a favor and stay away from Kerley! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing my home. Imagine having a house that is less that 3 years old and have already had over 20 plus issues (including at closing) and when you call for help even within your Warranty period they simply put the blame on you and tell you all the reasons why it’s not their issue.
According to the Warranty department I need to understand that even new homes will have several issues within the 1st year so I should do my research! And this is in regards to an issue an electrician
