Get started on the right foot with our pool opening service. We will remove and store the cover on property, brush pool surfaces, install ladders and rails, assemble pumps and filters, system startup, test water chemistry (chemicals additional), and we include one power vacuum (additional vacuum services may be needed).

They installed my pool in Mattituck and have serviced it since then. They steered us to the ozone cleaning and disinfecting system and we are super happy with it. We can barely notice the chlorine in the water. They have been responsive, responsible and helpful. We love our pool and we love the way East End takes care of it.

Horrible experience. They are not reliable on times and scheduling. They intentionally lied twice about the opening time of my spa. They didn't answer or apologize to my emails - actually the opposite, very arrogant at the phone. They ask you money in advance for the season and then they disappear. Stay away if you can.
