Air conditioner for my business stopped working, I scheduled an appointment with Corporate Mechanical the technician was suppose to arrive at 7:30am (I came in two hours before we opened to meet them) around 1:30pm he finally arrived. Said it was a bad motor and the service department would contact me the next day with a quote. I was hoping to have the work completed right then and have functioning air conditioning for my business but that wasn't the case. The next day, no one called me so I called them. I was told by the service department someone else in some other department will call me back
