Cody came out after our roof rats had returned and quickly identified the point of entry and helped advise on how to better secure the outside of our home. On top of all of that, he was very friendly and a pleasure to have in our home while he was helping us solve this frustrating problem. Renovations uncovered a termite issue that we were unaware of so we called Alamo Pest Control since we had used them before. The company rep that came out (Jay R.) was very eager, helpful and professional when it came down to exploring all of the options we had to take care of the issue. The costs of the services were very reasonable and in line with what I expected. Also Shawna and the rest of the office staff were very patient with me as I had to reschedule many appointments due to my contractor not completing his end of the bargain and getting to a point that would allow Jay the opportunity
