Reza helped us with renovation of our guest bathroom. He did an awesome job with thorough professionalism and workmanship. Being our first time doing any renovations, Reza made it easy for us by dealing with the city permits and suggesting the right fixtures to suite our needs and budget. Words cannot describe what a great job Reza did with our kitchen remodel. This was a major remodel that involves adding additional walls/foundation, changing roof lines, complete demolition and a brand new construction inside out We have done many construction projects in the past with other contractor. We found him to be the most accessible, engaged, taking the job with personal responsibility, focus on quality, schedules and an eye towards good architectural elements that our design team had missed. We loved his excellent communication style that kept us informed on a real time basis about progress

Cannot praise this company enough! Our deck and part of our house were destroyed by a fallen tree. The owner Reza Pirooz evaluated the situation, made excellent suggestions re how best to repair, and his crew of cheerful carpenters, roofers, painters and electricians did high quality work in an amazingly short time. Deck and house better than before the crash!

Reza is one of the best contractor I had worked with. We called him for a specific job but he helped us understand different options and have true feedback on when things were wrong in our assumptions. He helped us save money.
Reza is very responsive and had kept his schedule as much as possible. He was also flexible in having late change orders and was able to still do an excellent job. He was able to fully manage the whole process by himself and we had to be engaged only for decisions on choices. He also walked us through every steps and his process.

We worked with Reza who owns Dolatch Construction when our 3 story townhouse flooded earlier this year. He was very prompt with giving us a quote on both time and money. He even worked with us in modifying the quote to be as detailed as possible for insurance. He was super professional and promptly answered any questions we might have. He even worked with us to make sure we stayed within budget. His crew was also great - always on time and very courteous. Due to the coronavirus related shelter-in, our work was on hold for a month or so in between but Reza always stayed in contact and made sure

As I am writing this review, Reza’s team is finishing up a kitchen/living room remodeling project in my house. His team is phenomenally fast and responsive. They showed up every morning at 8:30 AM and worked hard until 5:00 PM and finished the semi-major remodeling in only 11 days. Their work quality is top-notch, while they accept criticism whenever we had a suggestion. Reza, the owner, is super-experienced with construction since he has spent large chunk of his career in construction business. Dolstch Construction is excellent at all of the work they do. We hired them for a full kitchen remodel, along with several other home projects, and we're impressed every step of the way. Communication was smooth, work quality was superior, and the projects were always finished on time or even early. I would recommend Dolstch for any residential project without hesitation.
