I was looking through multiple storage facilities before finding this one. It's in a perfect area for me, dead road not a lot of traffic and close to the house. Their prices are fair and what really sold it for me was Regina in the office. I was looking for a storage due to father passing and needing to store an entire house. Regina was extremely helpful showing me all of the different size storages they had and honestly just made everything for me easy. She made recommendations and really went out of her way for us. On top of being a great help she was great company, thank you Regina!

Friendly staff and well kept location. Getting in and out is easy.
The company I work at has been using AllStore for quite some time. We had four spaces and just recently consolidated to just one. Vacancy notification is 10 days, but just make sure to email them for instruction and it's a breeze!
Their office has quite a bit of supplies at decent prices.

This place is saving my business so much time and money. The staff is awesome and location if great. Claire and Regina are awesome and very knowledgeable. The storage unit has a built in light, clean as can be and the gate access is great. I also have a parking spot here and it's easy park and also they just redid the lot it looks great! Again, this location is saving my business so much time and money.

I used this storage facility for most of 2012 and had a drive-up unit which I accessed once or twice per month. The staff was always nice and helpful, I had no billing problems, and I never had trouble getting in or out. The only negative I can think of is that the entrance has a steep angle compared to the road, which can be a little challenging for moving trucks and low to the ground cars.

We stored our belongings at AllStore Center Self Storage for more than a year. We paid our dues on time. Before we moved out we called the manager Valerie who checked our record for the due and everything was fine for us to move out. However on the day we had our movers drove there the gate couldn't be open because our access was denied. We had to make an emergency call to Valerie as no one was not at the site. She told us in order to get gate open we have to pay the rent on line because she couldn't get there till at least one hour later. Since we didn't have any other choice

On my first day using my passcode to enter from the gate around 6:30 am it says invalid code for five times no body there to helped me im always late going to work because of this and on last february 12 when i exit from the gate around 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm i got the same problem i entered my code several times i called the manager and asked him whats going on with my passcode he dont say any word except "WHY" he was rude to me . The next day i called to cancel and asked for refund he said No Refund . He dont know how to handle situations like this . Worse experience ever.

This company is very dishonest. They charge a lot of fees.
Also, upon ending my lease I did everything they asked of me in terms of notice, but they still charged me for a whole month instead of pro-rating it like they said they would.
They then told they did not have the ability to refund my money which his completely untrue.
I have made several attempts to contact the manager, but have never received a response.
After noticing all the empty storage lockers, I can only assume many other customers have also been unhappy with their service.
Save yourself a lot of time and grief and store
