We are the residential HVAC change out KINGS. We do an average of 3-5 residential change outs a day. Our team is equipped to do full cut ins, duct replacement, asbestos removal, equipment relocation, etc. We are a contractor or house flippers dream company as most of our jobs can be done in ONE DAY!

I'll be upfront and I usually don't write reviews!!! Looked around and had many companies come out for estimates and no one, absolutely no one can beat Luffs Heating and Air conditioning prices, quality, and service. We scheduled the install, Luff's install crew came out, they removed my old wall heaters, completed the clean and professional install of the heating and cooling unit, and we have enjoyed our new central air when temps go up!

Although my brother and his partner had highly recommended Luff's HVAC, we did due diligence and got other quotes regarding the replacement of our 30+ year heating and air conditioning system.
Danny of Luff's HVAC provided the best price quote for a quality Lennox 4 ton, 16 seer system and all the duct work, and he spent a lot of time educating us about HVAC systems and answering our many questions.
He provided accurate information about what to expect on the day of installation and was transparent regarding the payment arrangements.
Everything went as promised on the day of installation

We've been thinking about AC replacement for over a year. Before speaking with Danny, we had received seven different quotes from other installers. This meant taking time out of the day to meet with each of them, letting them poke around our house, and then having to listen to their sales pitch. What I noticed was that prices, products, and service vary widely from one installer to the next. Some seemed professional while others didn't seem to care.

I've come to learn that Danny Luff, AKA "Luff's heating and air conditioning, " is just a salesperson. He is NOT a licensed contractor or an installer, and if you have a problem, he will not take care of the issue and tell you to contact the company that did the installation. Luckily for me, I got the name and number of the installers.
The second problem with this company is it does not operate a legitimate business. I requested several times that Danny fill out a W9 for tax purposes, and he claims he has no idea what a W9 is, and in his 15 years of business, he's never been asked for this document

I can't say enough great things about this company!! Their prices were the lowest of any competitors and I called alot of places. Danny came out confirmed the estimate and even made it lower than the quote. Where do they do that at!! He answered alll questions happily, I had a old thermostat and he replaced it and installed it at no additional cost! The workers showed up for the job and though they were late it's ok as I knew they were coming a long way. This company delivered everything and the kitchen sink! Danny came out to see our job and was completely knowledgeable, professional and honest! The price Danny quoted was the price we paid and it was the best around! The installers were professional, knowledgeable and courteous! Danny will give you a straight up great quote and arrange a top-rate crew to install. It took a little while to sort out our needs and get a crew down to SD but it all worked out in the end. Paul did the install - they were timely, respectful (wore masks whenever in the house) and cleaned up afterwards. We had AC blasting all thru the house this past weekend. Thanks so much Danny! I totally agree with Reid E Jensen J review.Danny is a great person to work with and responsive.He didn't try to sell anything and provide a better system option (14 seer to 16 seer - $65 more )
Danny quote is better than any other quotes and not even comparable with any other HVAC contractor for Lennox 16 seer system.

It had been our dream of owning the top of the line Lennox XC25 AC in our house for the last five years and Danny made it come true! His price was 50% below other competitors and he, including his staff, were completely professional. If you don't use this company, you are wasting your money. Danny stands by his word on not "price gouging" his customers as he is truely a believer of this.

Shopped around for a replacement for an 18 year old HVAC that had met it end. In the middle of the SF Valley heat wave, I called on Friday asking for a quote to replace. Daniel came back with 1300 cheaper than the first three quotes I got the same day. Plus he hooked up a Lennox versus the Goodman the other companies were offering. The next day on Saturday his crew of 3 was there at 8am and completed the entire replacement by 3pm. Luff AC is our new AC guys for our rental units. Best prices in town for sure. From their reviews, this might be a fine company. I honestly could not tell you though. I called on 3 different days trying to get someone to call me for a quote on 2 units for my home. I tried 2 phone numbers (714-797-6558 & 714-905-9977) and left a message. No one could be bothered to return a call and after waiting a week, I'm just going to leave this review. I understand that they may be busy or even closed because of the Covid 19 pandemic, but if that's the case change the message on your answering machine or take a moment to return a prospective customer's calls.

Danny was awesome. No playing games. Awesome price for 16 seer 5 ton Lennox A/C, coil, and Lennox Furnace. Almost half the price of the guys that advertise all over the place (radio, billboards signs, ball parks, etc.). The guys that came to install were top notch. Made sure everything as done right and detailed. I would highly recommend.

I did all my research first on the equipment. I wanted the best of the best which for me was a brand called Lennox. Next I searched for a contractor that worked with Lennox which led me to Danny Luff. Danny Luff gave me an awesome quote, and he was available to install within 2 days. He was also communicative available by text/phone/email which was convenient. The team that came to my house for the install was a friendly father and son that did an excellent job. 5 stars for price, 5 stars for quality, 5 stars for availability.

I'm so glad I came across Luff's ad on Nextdoor. His prices are the real deal, and the service provided by Danny and his team blew away all my expectations. Long story short, bought a house in Fullerton 2 years ago, and the original AC, which was undersized given the house size, gave out. Danny had availability to do the install a week later, but I wanted to get some other quotes just to be sure. Worst decision of my life, all I did was get expensive quotes and delay the install during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Here's everything we got done:

I don't know where to start. From the price, to the efficiency, to the professionalism, I was blown away. Luff's price saved me THOUSANDS! I needed some adjustments made a couple days later, they responded and showed up very promptly and took care of things. (I needed a piece of conduit moved to a more discreet location.)

Do you ever find yourself in those situations where it almost seems too good to be true? A lot, right? That was my situation with Luff's and you'll notice that I don't post a lot of reviews but this firm is the real deal and they helped me in a bind, so I'm happy to recommend.

I am happy to review Luff's heating and Air Conditioning company. Danny replaced my 18 years old system to the new Lennox EL16XC1 model very efficiently. The service and performance is very outstanding. He replaced my system within one day! I am so happy! The system is running perfect.
