How long should I wait after the job is finished to put my furniture and rugs back? Furniture can be placed 4 days after final coat of polyurethane is applied, however the finish is not 100% cured, so it needs to be done in a gentle way. Rugs are recommended 2 weeks after final coat is applied. Can certain rugs harm my new wood floors?

Ricardo and team did a great job throughout the process. Particularly helpful on the stain selection, laying out a lot of options for us and guiding us through the decision making process. Final product came out great and Ricardo was responsive and accessible at each step. Pricing was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Rick and his team were a real pleasure to deal with from the start of our job until the last day when they finished. The scope of work was explained in detail. Rick got back to me promptly if I had any questions. His skilled workers were always on time and professional. The completed job surpassed my expectations...after all he perfectly matched flooring in the adjacent room perfectly even though that flooring had probably been installed close to 20 years earlier.

Ricardo and his crew were amazing. They pulled up and disposed of carpeting. They also repaired, sanded, and stained our floors and staircases. They look wonderful. They also fit us into their schedule and did all the work on a very tight time frame. I’d recommend them for sure!

Rick’s crew sanded and refinished original wood floors installed in 1957. They did an incredible job of restoring the finish and repairing years of damage.

Ricardo and his team did a beautiful job replacing my old slate tile floor with hardwood to match my existing floors. They were extremely neat and professional from start to finish. They were also very flexible with scheduling to accommodate our own work schedules. I'm so pleased with the results. I would definitely use them again when I'm ready to refinish my other floors!
