Do not use this company they will ruin your floors and trash your house… We now have to pay for another company to come in and refinish our floors which will cost us even more now that they are stained.. and on… top of that we had to pay for a cleaning company to clean up the horrendous mess that the crew left.. So now we are in the negatives with this project and they refuse to reimburse us for the cleaning fee (even though they admitted negligence and admit that our floors need to be redone) they expect us to trust them to redo them… Steer clear and save yourself the nightmare

This company is shady. They came to my house, gave a job quote and on the day the work was supposed to be done they increased the price by more than double due to my having furniture,The same furniture that was there when I got my quote. Their suggestion was that I should put my furniture somewhere else or pay, or they could leave. I chose the latter and so glad I did after reading all these horrible reviews. My bad for not reading reviews before I let these morons waste all of my time. Don’t fall for the low price quotes. They are slimey.

Beware , So let me tell u about this company, the gentleman who came to bid my job was wonderful, very nice guy . He gave a good price for the job , so I hired them . They come on tues late afternoon 530pm ish and start , wasnt thrilled but I have tenants moving in Saturday so I need this done . Day 1 I asked for progress pictures of job bc i live 3 hrs from that property, no pics for days with little to no communication with company , im left in right field wondering what is happening at my residence. Brazil floors has been a nightmare. If I could give them negative stars I would. I scheduled them to install flooring in my hair salon. Once our scheduled date came, NO ONE SHOWED UP. No warning, just a no show. With no floors I couldn't move forward with the rest of my renovation so my project was now held up an extra couple weeks. Once they finally showed up to install the floors, I came to the unit shortly after they left and not only did they destroy my freshly painted walls but the floor was already flawed with multiple boards busted and popping up. The people who run the business from the owner Helo down to the office staff and workers are liars and it seems they want to con people out of their money. They damage property while installing the flooring and blame it on anybody they can think of ... with absolutely no proof. Pictures of before and after the damage were provided to the owner and staff but they still refused to acknowledge their mistakes. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TO NEVER USE THEM ... EVER.

I have done business with this company before and the work was decent considering it was refinishing and fixing my hardwoods. So I hired them for a whole home renovation on another one of my rentals that needed harwood floors throughout, i paid 50% down for materials to be dropped off. They scheduled the install date and When that date came I was… called by Amanda who said the crew was on the was pulling onsite at 8:30am. Our living room needed to be increased in size. So we moved our wall and some place in the floors got ruined. Then I got it fixed by Brazil Flooring. They are the best in town I have to say. Our experience with Brazil Flooring was nothing short of amazing! The workers did an excellent job on our 50 year old Red Oak wood floors! We wanted to save the floors and restore the house to its original look. But we weren't sure of what the outcome would be. The skilled workers didn’t find it that hard and delivered the floor by their beautiful… Floor Refinishing process. Prior to the project there was two layers of vinyl tiles and a sub floor. The sub floor had been glued and they also provided the exact match of our old oak floor. We will surely hire them again if we need anything

Brazil floors did a wonderful job on my floors. They gave me the exact color stain that I wanted and fixed a disaster job which was previously done on my floors. They are professional and courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their floors done!
