They showed up in a mask due to COVID precautions. Was able to confirm payment through my insurance (State Farm) over the phone ahead of time so payment was handled ahead of time. Shane was super professional throughout the entire process of getting the quote all the way to installation. Followed pandemic procedure to the T. Wore mask at all times and kept distance when entering our home. Replaced a large window in our master bedroom that had peeling seal and black mold growth. Also had zero UV protection and made our bedroom the hottest room in the house. Price to replace the glass and seal was more than reasonable and we got UV protection on top of it. I had the seals on a couple windows fail - causing them to fog up and the low-e coating to fail.

Shane gave an estimate over email based on my rough measurements and came over to measure the glass for the order. The estimate was spot-on. About a week later, after the new glass was produced, he came over to install. All told, the price was right, the job looks great, and it took minimal effort to get it done.

He did a great job and he'll be my first stop for any future home or auto glass needs.

Shane did such a great job taking care of our broken window! He came out the next day and even helped us understand more about the windows throughout our new hone. Since we can't get mire information from the sellers, it was great to get insights from him and some expert opinions! We will definitely be using them for all of our glass projects!!!

I contacted two different glass companies to order glass for a custom transom window, and Victor Glass was the one that followed through. The glass is perfect and they even delivered it! It was the perfect finish to my project of adding French doors to an existing opening in my home.

I also have used them for windshield replacement in the past...they were awesome and came to my home to do the work.

I had a very, very poor experience with this business.

I sent them an email requesting a quote on two house windows I needed to have replaced. The email was returned undeliverable.

Next I submitted a request for a quote on their website. They did not respond.

Next, I left them a voicemail. They returned my call, took the information they needed, and promised to send me a quote via email in two to three days.

After waiting for a week, I called them again. Four days later, they still haven't called me.

I am so happy with the service I received. Shane and I emailed for a few months until I was ready for the mirror in my master bath to be installed. I asked Shane to come out and measure before I ordered the mirror. I am glad I did because Shane's measurements were different than what the designer had given me. Shane and Gavin came yesterday and installed the mirror. I could tell they take pride in their work and were both friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Shane was very nice and worked w/ me to come up w/ options to choose from and came out on a Saturday to do the installation. Also, there wasn't a problem repairing a single window. I found that other companies required multiple windows be repaired. I highly recommend Victor Glass.

I had them out to replace my windshield yesterday. They set an appointment window for between 9a-12p. They called ahead when they were 20 minutes out and arrived on time.

I loved how he explained how the replacement would go and how the edging surrounding the windshield would be treated. They were done with the replacement in 40 minutes and I was instructed to let it cure an hour and it would be set. It looks perfect!

Exactly 2 days after getting my new windshield from Victor Glass, some car throws up a rock and BAM, rock chip.

We needed to replace a window which was broken by a neighbor's kid - instead of making us pay for an entire new window unit, Shane was able to replace the broken half with a high quality replacement at a fraction of the cost. Looks like new again and seamlessly matches the existing window.
