Update to 2021!! Look how beautiful she is again. Thank you!!!

I have not been here but for the last seven years I have been in love with the vintage lighted sign above the entrance. Sad to see it is in much disrepair and does not light up anymore. Sometimes though I stroll by here and when the traffic isn't too bad I lift my ear to it and can still hear the mechanics rolling in a squeaky click for the light dance like clockwork, even though the light bulbs are all burned out.

I had a mixed experience with Cascade Glass but in the end they won me over....

In Fall 2017 they installed a shower glass door in my master bath (hired through my contractor, not me). The door looked absolutely beautiful, but once I started using it, I discovered that it only opened by pushing the door in, not out.

At the time, I tried calling Cascade Glass numerous times to ask what might be involved in having it fixed so that it opened properly. I never got a return call and eventually gave up and lived with the annoyance.

But recently it seemed that the doors had shifted and were danger

Came and replaced the glass in a window for me. Unfortunately, the glass that they used has a greenish color that is very noticeable compared with the surrounding (clear) windows. I never anticipated this problem, given that they are glass experts. I've called, left messages, and never been able to get in touch with anybody to discuss the problem. They literally never answer the phone or return calls. My advice would be to look elsewhere for a glass company.

Do not waste your time and money at this place. Dennis, the owner, handles all the customer service and he does a terrible job - he does not return calls seeking order updates, does not follow through on promises and has a rude and unpleasant demeanor.

Worst. Customer. Service. EVER.

My guess is that any 3 star + reviews this business gets are fake or are from people who ordered something and got it with no problems. How a business treats it's customers when things go wrong is what truly matters, especially in a business of this nature where custom orders and construction timelines are involved.

The customer service i received was shockingly bad.

1. Placed an order for a glass shower door, was told it would take about two weeks.
2. Two weeks came and went. I called and left a message. No response. Called again the next day, still no

Avoid this place like the plague. You will have to deal with the owner, Dennis, who is belligerent and provides very poor customer service (does not return calls seeking order status, does not notify you when order is delayed). Wish I could give 0 stars.

An installation interior trim error took a long time to correct. I made MANY calls to Cascade Glass and could not get Dennis, the scheduler, to return my calls. This went on for a few weeks. Access is a major problem for this company!!

My curious cats knocked a large, custom picture frame off our mantle and broke the glass. We live near Cascade and called to see if they did work like that and were quoted a 3 day turn around time. Later that day, we walked down with the empty frame so they could get an exact fit for the glass. The guy at the front was super helpful and told us it would probably be done that afternoon. We had no sooner returned home and taken our shoes off, when the phone rang and they said it was done! Super cheap price, super quick service, and it looks great! Very happy with this company and we're

As an architect, I've worked with Dennis + Rusty numerous times over the past 20 years or so. In my experience Cascade Glass is a good value, they are the first folks I call when it comes to shower glass. Their finished product and craftsmanship have always been great in spite of some tricky requirements and installations.

We thought they did good work, but discovered later they had mis-measured a shower panel. Rather than replace it they installed it incorrectly with a silicone, which soon failed. When contacted about their faulty work, they offered to fix it for $900. When we asked them to share some of the cost (for their mistake) they promptly announced they were no longer interested in working with us, not even for the $900. Dennis who answers the phone has terrible phone etiquette but does a great job of protecting the owner Brian and insulting customers.

If I could give a zero I would because that's the amount of attention I've received from this company. I drove to see them with a piece of paper/pattern I made to create a glass topper for a new piece of furniture.
I waited while the owner, animatedly talked with a couple before me about a custom bathroom job he could do for them. Then the customer cut his personal effusive self promotion off to say, this gal looks like she needs some help. When the people left he coolly asked me what I needed.
I gave him my pattern and asked him what he thought it might cost, he did some measurements

Don't bother. Scheduled an appointment to have someone come fix the glass in our custom shower enclosure and nobody bothered to show up or call to let me know they weren't going to show up. Stayed home from work to meet the guy, and when I finally called to find out what happened they blew me off like it was no big deal. Brian "claims" that he called me, so it was most definitely my fault - but that must have been why I had no missed call or no voice mail.

I had used Cascade Glass for many projects during a large remodel project and they did a good job installing several shower doors. A few years after that someone broke a large window in one of our bedrooms which I had Cascade Glass come out to repair.

They replaced the window and everything was fine until the window failed and the wood molding that the window sat in developed rot from improper installation. The rot was on the inside meaning the window was not properly sealed from the outside.

Cascade states their windows have a 10 year warranty and this window failed in approximately 8 years

From the charming way your phone calls are answered,

"Cascade Glass."

"Hi I'm calling to confirm my order is ready for pick up?"

"Yeah, Who are you."

To the lost, damaged, and delayed orders, Cascade Glass is the perfect business for anyone looking to waste money, lose time, and suffer intense frustration.

My story starts with an order placed online, quoted as being ready for pickup in a week. Ok, that's fair. A week later I call to confirm my order is ready for pickup, only to be told my order can't be found and I will be called back "as

This company was the recomended repair company by our builder. When I called to get a quote to replace a chipped window they said they werent interested in the work because it was to far even though they previously replaced a window. On the previous repair the showed up unannounced on a day we had not scheduled an appt?

We have used Cascade glass for two house projects. We are do it yourselfers and these guys have been great to bounce ideas off. We had them install a frosted glass door and half wall for a shower as well as cut a custom piece of glass for a kitchen table my husband made. Our only issue is that they aren't open on the weekend.

It took over 2 months to replace a small piece of glass (with 2 attempts due to their poor measurement) and they left the window in worse condition than before. Most of this 2 months, I thought they were never going to call back or replace the glass or refund my deposit due to their poor communication.

I personally have never has any trouble with service. I have been using them for twenty years. Since they do a great job and prices are very reasonable they can get behind sometimes. Maybe this is when serrvice lags. But come on people wouldn't you rather they take their time to do a hob right?

They didn't come on the day we agreed, that I'd written on my deposit check, then came and the installer was very rude. They didn't bring everything they needed to do the job and had to order it and come back a week later.

I think there were at least ten phone calls required to get this small job accomplished.

They had the lowest bid but the customer service stunk. When I commented that the installer was rude he just made excuses.

My advice? Deal with someone else.

The product when it was installed was fine eventually but way too much back and forth

We are thrilled with the frameless glass shower enclosure Cascade put in.
I would not hesitate to use them again.

We got an estimate within 2 or 3 days after calling them. They were polite, helpful and gave us an installation date as soon as we made a 50% down
payment.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the glass they ordered so it couldn't be installed as scheduled. On the day the installation was scheduled, I had to call them to ask where they were. It would have been nice if they had told us about the problem before we had to call them. They were apologetic and rescheduled for the

I did not checked Yelp before I went to their store, my bad. Went to their store and while waiting to be attended to the person behind the counter (Denis) was on the phone being rude to what sounded like a customer. Then when he came to serve me had a dismissive tone. I said that this appeared to be a "bad day" for him and that I would rather leave. He changed his tune and was more helpful. However, when the ordered item arrived to be installed it was obviously wrong, even the installers agreed that it was horribly wrong and they took it away. Just received a call from them telling

I had a broken window due to high winds recently. Called Cascade and they came out next day, measured, and gave me a quote. I had them order it and within a week, they got it and the guys that came out to replace it were friendly and respectful. Good price too. Simple and easy - that's all I look for in home repair. I would definitely use them again.

We are at the end of a bathroom remodel and ordered the glass shower enclosure from Cascade. After the initial contact, we had a firm bid return 2 days later, compared to 2 weeks and 10 days from the other two companies we contacted. Cascade had the best price and scheduled the job for the following week.

The work and finished product met our expectations in every way. The installers arrived on time, installed the enclosure and were neat and tidy with the cleanup. About a week after the install, there was a joint/seam that needed remedial work. We contacted Rusty and he sent someone out the
