I called to have an estimate made for a broken window pane in an apartment. The estimator was able to come within twenty minutes. He was very professional and friendly and helped answer every question I had. Within a half an hour after he measured the window, he had sent me the estimate with pricing and the lead time before the work could be done. I will reach out to this company again should I need any more window services done.

Horrible experience with Smart Glass. I paid $410 for a window replacement in July, and this is the work they did. I have called 10 times and they have promised to send someone to fix it, so I arrange my week to make time for them and they no show! Or they send someone who looks at it, says they will be back in two weeks and then they now show again. I do NOT recommend Smart Glass. Unprofessional and shoddy work.

Take a look at the most recent reviews for this business before you do business with them. Worst experience I've had with any business that has worked on my building. From start to finish, they were unprofessional and made crazy mistakes. Not only did they not communicate when my window would be replaced, but they ordered and installed the wrong window into my business. When they installed this same wrong window, they also broke the glass. When I pointed out that they needed to replace the whole window because it was not even the window I had ordered, with written evidence from them in the initial
