Got my Shower done by Glassma Glass & Replacement in late June. I was left speechless! My new shower Is stunning! Definitely catches everyone's attention, like I wanted it to! The crew was top notch, super friendly. I had a couple of questions and they did their best in giving me answers. Definitely will be using them for my upstairs bathroom remodel!

Monday morning I called to get a price on replacing my cracked coffee table glass top. The woman gave me the company email address to send in a pic of the glass with the dimensions and said if I send it in today, she would contact me Tuesday morning with a price. Early Thursday morning and got absolutely nothing returned so I sent in a follow up email. As of noon, again no response.
Business must be great not to follow up with a potential customer.

I tried asking questions over the phone but could not understand a word the person on the other end said. It sounded like constant rubbing on the microphone. Could not get an answer regarding what they can offer, was responded to instead with simply "what is your email". Sorry but if you can't help me why are you asking for my email? Based on this experience I don't think this company is interested in new customers.

We had Reza install a custom shower enclosure in our newly remodeled master shower. Had a smooth experience all throughout. Reza was very responsive from the initial request for a bid, to being responsive to my questions. He was on time with the measurement and installation appointments, and was quick in getting things going. Was able to complete the work in less than 1 week. The workmanship and end result were great, he uses good quality material, and took care to make sure the work was done right. I always favor supporting smaller owner/operator businesses, because they truly care about the result

We got a large mirror hung above our fireplace. We got quotes from other businesses and Glassma's was the best. Installation was super quick, and staff was friendly.

Easy, Easy, Easy! I called Reza to install a shower door that I purchased at a local hardware store. My contractor was apprehensive because of the complicated instructions. You're in trouble when you get an instructional step by step movie along with 90 pages of easy to understand installation instructions. Reza was the first to respond, came out the same day and was the most economical. Upon opening the box we discovered the shower door was damaged. Glassma made a custom shower door of better quality and price then I had originally purchased. The door was installed perfectly one

The windows were not well waterproofed, we're starting to get water damage along the edgings of the window inside.

I used Glassma to replace a broken glass sliding door. Reza was incredibly quick to respond and was a pleasure to work with. These guys are top shelf and amazing. I had a window break on my ski condo at the top of Snoqualmie Summit due to ice and weather. Without hesitation the owner came up to handle, assess, and make the deal. With snow on the ground and cold conditions this repair took two trips. There was no issue from measurement to installation. Beyond just replacing the window and being done I received advice on what would be the BEST due to a reasonable analysis. It was by no means an 'up sale' but a true professional opinion I knew was needed. This company is my go to for any glass needs

Reza did a terrific job on a glass shower door he built and installed for me. He responded right away to me and was able to come and give me a bid the next day. The turnaround to installation was two weeks, and the door looks great and is well sealed. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend him.

Just renovated our home but the last thing to do was replace the wall mirror in our bath after we replaced cabinets. This turned out to be more difficult than expected with my great contractor admitting a glass specialist might be needed. Turns out he was right with me calling 4 different companies, 2 of which never even returned a quote; of the 2 that remained, Glassma was much more reasonable. Reza was really great to work with, explaining everything around his approach and the end product looks great. My house is now finally finished!

I recently had them installed a huge piece of the glass for my shower room. I've quoted several companies for the project. They not only had a reasonable but more importantly they are very nice and interesting people. I've had such good impression on them so I again had them installed a wall mirror for my bath. Both projects were finished on time and with great quality. I would definitely call them again if needed, and more than happy to recommended them to friends.
