I had never written a negative review for anything, but this experience should be a warning to anyone who decides to deal with Precision Windows (that also claim to do construction and siding).
I had a few estimates, and they had the most reasonable price, but saying that you get what you pay for , comes to mind frequently.
The sales person-Joel was very non-pushy and I had a good feeling dealing with him. Do remember that the sales person is not the one who will be installing the windows.
The crew of 2 people was 3 hours late and the only reason I knew is because I was the one reaching to get

The initial visit and estimate were on time and seemed to be a good price. The install team was sloppy and careless. They left debris all in my flower beds and yard. The person caulking the edges wiped the tip of his caulking gun all over the trim to remove caulking buildup. It took quite a few phone calls to get through to my "project manager" and was ensured that someone would clean it up...that never happened. They installed (or possibly broke) a window with the corner broken and said nothing. Good thing I caught that quickly as they charge a fee to return for any warranty work. Overall

If I could give them zero stars I would. We ordered windows and were given a 4-6 week turn around which turned in to 7 months. They do not communicate with customers and have terrible customer service. After ordering the windows we waited about 6 weeks before we heard anything from the company. When we would call to ask about the status Cruz would tell us over and over again he would have to call the manufacturer and call us back. He never called...EVER! Office staff blow you off and don't provide ANY information. When the windows finally arrived, 2 windows were sized incorrect and

We had 14 windows with vapor between the glass. At first we were going to replace the windows and the I called Precision Windows. They said they could just replace the glass which was a fraction of the price of new windows. Their team came out and in less then two hours my windows looked brand new. They were courteous, clean and just outstanding customer support. Don't replace use Precision Windows!!

My wife called them today as our realtor recommended them to us. We have tons of windows in our home and it was going to be a big job. But when we called to ask some simple questions the lady on the other end was extremely rude and not professional. We are going to happily take our business elsewhere. Suggest you do the same unless you want experience their rudeness first hand.

Precision Windows did a fantastic job replacing 22 pieces of class in my 3 story townhome. There was a little hiccup in my installation due to weather and the fact that They needed a special ladder to get to the 3rd floor of my townhome. That being said, Shelley and her team did their best to work around my busy schedule and got the project done professionally and timely. I would absolutely recommend Precision Windows to a friend, colleague or neighbor.

Like other reviews, I would give 0 stars if it were an option. This company is a joke. They replaced a window for us and bragged about how great their installation is. The first time there was wind, the window howled like crazy. They came back out and the idiots had measured wrong and installed it anyway. Fast forward a year and the window fogged up. We called to have it replaced under warranty and they informed us there would be a $59 install fee even though it was covered by warranty. We already paid for a shotty install and feel it's completely ridiculous to pay again. We will never give
