INCREDIBLE service!! A different company that installed my A/C a couple of years back insisted I get a furnace tune up for the winter. THEY CALLED ME. I said we were good. Furnace was doing good no need for tune up. They said it was free yadda yadda...so I let them come. They accidently hit the "ground" and just like that my furnace fried!! I was so distraught!! I've used Sammy's a couple times, and each time they have been quick to respond for a bid. Their bids are very reasonable, and they actually had some suggestions on a couple places to save me money. My wife reached out to Sammy's on a Friday evening after a horrible experience with another HVAC contractor. With a wife who was 6 months pregnant and a toddler in a house we were desperate for the job to be completed correctly. Ben and Sam both showed up and quickly went to work. They quoted us a generous price where most contractors would probably smell blood in the water and try to gouge you. My AC stopped pushing cool air in the late summer afternoon. By the evening my family was oppressively hot. I did a few basic checks on my smart thermostat and system. I knew I was over my head and the problem was beyond my skill to diagnose.

My central air went out during one of the hottest times of the year. The repair was covered by my home warranty (so it has been a pain). Sammy has been great to take care of the home warranty issues as well fit me in to a schedule that I am sure is packed due to it being peak season. They went above and beyond installing a new Air Conditioning System. Sammy and his technician did a great job on installing our new A/C unit and were more than fair on the pricing. We live in Park City, which is known for huge vacation homes near the ski resorts. We always cringe when contractors quote us "Park City" prices and assume that just because we live in Park City we should pay more. We are just locals and we really appreciated the fact that Sammy gave us a very fair price.
