Representatives have always been nothing then courteous kind respectful they're very knowledgeable and they must be good business if I see there signs everywhere and their fences put up everywhere. They have well priced products but other than would not recommend. I Understand the process for shopping has changed due to covid 19 in 2020. When asking questions and support for my home project one staff member was rude and short . I later sent a worker to pick up more material and he was also treated poorly by the same employee.

I came here the other day to pick up 7 posts and it was right at closing time. And it was raining. And most people went home. But the folks in the office were so helpful and accommodating and luckily there was one guy left in the yard and he was able to cut all my posts. This is a great company and if you ever need any fencing material, this is the place to go.

Lorenia, wrongfully accusing a potential customer of "bullying tactics" doesn't sound like a particularly sincere apology. And I wonder why the owner thinks it's a good idea to have an employee clean up the owners mess over a lost $30k+ project?
Both your estimator and then the the owner were extremely rude during our last calls when they repeatedly talked over me as I attempted to respond to their many misunderstandings of our project. It was frustrating being constantly interrupted by both of them and firmly but still politely said so before they continued to talk over me

The first 2 times i came in the service was great by the guys and ok by the reception. The part was great the first time but this second one not so much. This time i call before going in and the woman laughs at my question twice and seemed as if she could care less about helping me. It takes 2 seconds to hear me out but she cuts me off and says " I wont be able to help you, you will be lucky if you can catch one of the guys to help you""(chuckle)". Last time i will spend money here.

I wish I could report a favorable rating as Don H. posted below. Contrary to his experience, I needed a residential fence installed that included a 68' combination wood/cement block fence and a new 140' cedar plank fence installed. I dropped in their offices on Main St., Chula Vista. I was told that they were booked and that they were not doing any residential installations. Really? They didn't even ask when I needed it done? They never even asked what the scope of my needs were? Really? It must be nice to be in a position to refuse work/money! And, it must be nice to be in a position

I've scheduled an appointment with this company (Peter), restructured my entire day's schedule just to find out that everyone has left the office for today. My appointment for the backyard fence estimate was scheduled for 4:00pm and the receptionist has told me all estimators usually leave at 03:30. Very disappointing. If you value your time and would like your contractor to honor commitments, find another company.

I needed a fence built quickly and South Bay Fence was actually my second choice after another company was recommended to us. Boy what a difference, the first company canceled at the last second on day one of the project, so we rescheduled, they showed up the next day, 20 minutes late with shoddy materials, and a lazy attitude, told me that it would take 2 - 3 WEEKS to build my fence. I let them know that we had another company (South Bay Fence) coming over to give us a quote and that we would let them know. Steve from SBFC called me 20 mins prior to our
