I called Joan for an estimate on 251 feet of Cedar fencing, 3 rails, steel posts and 3 gates. She later emailed me the estimate, and it was very clear and professional looking. Allan and crew arrived on promised day and immediately got to work. Very professional in appearance, and efficient. Job had two additional change orders as we wanted more fencing done, and Allan was able to accommodate the added work with no sacrifice in quality.

Allen and team are fantastic! We live in the same community in La Mesa and HD Fence built our front yard fence, which came out beautifully. Several of our neighbors have also had HD Fence projects and everyone we spoke to before our project was very happy with the company. They do a variety of options, great pricing and service. I'd recommend HD Fence to anyone looking for a fence in San Diego.

I attempted to contact several fencing companies including those recommended by Yelp. I didn't have a huge job. I just needed to replace a janky double vinyl gate. I suppose that is why I never heard back from all but 1 company. One day I did a random scan on east county fencing companies in Google and came upon HD Fence Inc in La Mesa. Called Allen initially because of his solid reviews on and he didn’t disappoint! Allen initially came out for an estimate in May. He came out very quickly and gave me a competitive bid. I had to delay putting fence in due to timing of building pool. I had a narrow window to get the fence built so I circled back with Allen in September. WE HAVE HIRED HD FENCE THREE TIMES. THEY ROCK!
Since the first engagement, working with Allen and his team was such a success. They did a huge length of fence across the back of our culdesac property. They were thoughtful and thorough as they worked with three of our neighbors to complete a beautiful privacy fence. The look was exactly as described, completed right on schedule.
The second engagement was to add a privacy lattice to the top of our brick wall so that both our family and our new neighbors could enjoy our respective backyards with more privacy.
Third engagement was this stunning

The owners of HD Fence, Joan and Allen showed up on time for our estimate appointment, gave us an price quickly, answered emails and phone calls promptly. When it came to the demo of our old wooden fence and install of a beautiful new vinyl fence their employees were also on time, polite, hard working and got the job done exceeding our expectations!

If you want a bid, you better not mention that you are getting other bids. I made the mistake of mentioning this to the fellow (the owner I think-I've tossed the card) who came out to look at the job about 3 weeks ago. When he was getting ready to leave, I thanked him for coming out after he told me the time frame he would have the bid back to me. I then told him (as a courtesy) that we were going to be getting a couple of other bids so that he knew not to expect an immediate

HD fence had fixed my parents old rotten fence that was falling apart at the seams a common fence they shared with the neighbor I reached out to HD and they came and inspected it super cool people and awesome work they came and replaced the fence and it made the biggest difference we can now enjoy the backyard again

I hired HD fence to replace part of our fence & gate on the side of my house. I needed it to be done to keep my dogs safe & from getting out of our yard since the old gate was falling apart. When I called I left a message and Allen called me back right away, we set up a time for him to come to the house and evaluate the job. Allen came out to view our project and cut straight to the chase, no chit-chat, which I appreciated. He got us a bid within 24 hrs. We we're getting several other bids so it took a few weeks to decide but ultimately we went with Allen and are so glad we did.

My friend recommended HD fence and I'm glad we went with them. We bought a home and needed to secure our dogs. Allen came out gave us a quote and discounted since we paid cash. It was a little more expensive than some of the competitors but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. Luis was awesome as well when it came to explaining the process the day of install. Overall I'm satisfied and will be calling them when we work on the other fencing issues we have.

I contacted Allen for a quote on a rolling gate a year ago. He came out, viewed the area the gate would cover and provided a quote. I wasn't able to pull the trigger on the gate at that time, but did recently email him back to inquire about finally getting the gate made and installed.
