We had a yellow jacket issue in our backyard. We made an appointment and the Tech was quite friendly and knowledgable. I would certainly recommend them!

I was out in my backyard shed yesterday when I was bitten by what I thought was a wasp or hornet. After looking around the shed, I was horrified by what I saw - a nest that was approximately 12' high by 9" wide and quite thick. I called Key Pest Control after spotting a bunch of huge, scary-looking hornets around our back porch...Derek answered and was super helpful and offered to come out the same day to survey the situation. He was there by noon and saw what we had and figured out that they were being attracted by two pear trees we have in our yard. He searched for any nests and found none. He also investigated a wasp nest, sprayed it and was on his way. When my husband inquired what he owed, Derek said nothing and to call if we have any future concerns. I'm blown away by this level of service!!!

I recently had a consult with key pest control, looking for non-toxic options for a potential wood beetle issue. I didn't end up using their services but only because the owner told me he didn't think it was necessary. Spent a lot of time going through previous damage and ultimately suggested I use glue traps to see if there were any new critters. A week later, the traps are clear. To me, any company that doesn't push their services if they aren't necessary is a winner! Really respect Sean and his business for their honesty and attention to detail

I can’t recommend Key Pest Control enough! Last month we discovered that there were ants (my worst nightmare) in our hot water heater room when we spotted them making their way into the connected bathroom. We called Key Pest Control and they were able to come out the next day and treat the inside of our home as well as the outside perimeter. They were courteous, professional, and didn’t try to oversell us on anything we didn’t need. We also found their prices to be very reasonable. We haven’t seen an ant since and we’re so grateful to Key Pest Control for giving us peace of mind!

His inspection quickly diagnosed my problem and he was happy to take the time to explain both the problem and possible solutions. They were very quick and thorough. They came out the very next day to give us a quote for free which was nice. After looking around, he actually said he thought we were fine and to call if anything changes. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to sell us on a plan (Terminix tried and failed) and didn't use fear mongering to get a sale. We'll definitely be keeping their information in our back pocket if/when we ever need them.

I am so glad I found Key Pest Control! I almost never write reviews, but Shawn is so good at his job and so conscientious, that I had to. We have used Key at our office and our home in the country. In both places he was able to find solutions that were affordable and preventive.
He found the areas where mice might be getting in and made that impossible and then explained the pros and cons of traps vs poison. Problem solved.
He is extremely aware of environmental/pet/child concerns as well. When we were battling ants he helped find a solution that wouldn't endanger our fish pond or any other wild

I highly recommend Key Pest Control. They helped me rid my house of centipedes. Derek is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and even took the time to identify a bug for my kids. Key Pest is great! They're responsive and offer immediate availability. Derek is awesome! He's been out twice and he's so nice and personable, and goes above and beyond! He spent 20 minutes getting all the lady bugs down from our 18' ceilings. I definitely recommend this pest company, and prices are reasonable for wonderful service!

We have been using Key Pest Control since June. They have come out anytime that I need them for ants and millipedes as well as mice. Shawn came out today and did an awesome job doing my quarterly check up, this company does a great job!!

I called two local companies for quotes and to ask how soon they could come. Key was the quickest, with an appointment the very next day. The owner came, did a thorough walk around the interior and exterior, and gave us great tips about how to better insulate our older home to prevent critters from getting inside. He said this was a project I could do with some $3 putty from Lowe's, so he charged us nothing. His kindness and honesty were so appreciated and we'll be calling him again if the issue doesn't improve. Genuinely nice guy and great service!!
