First, I must say that I am a very picky type person. This business, in my opinion, is exceptional. I was having a rodent problem which was wreaking havoc in my life. The men visited my home 3 times, first time to secure my home using various specialized products for the type of work they provide, then returned twice to check things out. I was amazed at the level of knowledge, professionalism and method used (repetition) to put an end to my problem. They call and show up when you're given a timeframe and are dedicated to solving the problem. To do this takes a high level of experience

Mr. James Gary should have angel's wings on his back. He is the sweetest, kindest, most reliable person I have had the pleasure to work with. This company is so lucky to have him.
I had holes appearing under my front porch. Mr. Gary came out and told me it was probably a fox or groundhog. Seriously, I didn't know that groundhogs live in this area, but I believe Mr. Gary. So, we, meaning he, (Lol : )) set a cage and bait out. He told me someone would come by once or twice a week and change the bait.
This is where things got a little tricky, if I didn't call Mr. Castro

We brought BC in because we observed rodent issues in our neighborhood. Knowing that things would get worse as it got cold, we paid them about $1k to deal with rodents in the area and to seal our house. They didn't do anything other than sell us bait boxes (at an outrageous up charge) for four months. The day it dropped below 40 degrees, as we feared, there were rodents in our attic. Despite having also paid them to examine the attic and fill holes, they filled nothing, leaving such a huge gap that led another inspector to call the opening a "lighthouse" in our attic. We're

Fantastic. We had bird mites from a nest on our front door creep into the house. They are very small and multiply very quickly. It was truly a nightmare. We called BC exterminating and they came out the next morning. Their price was fair and warranted. The mites were gone after the first spray and they came for a second spray to ensure no eggs or other bugs persisted. We are so grateful for their service, their speed and reliability, and their thoroughness. It could've been a major headache, but it was resolved easily. Highly recommend. Thank you!

BC Exterminating gave us a negative WDI report only to find out that there were multiple missed termite tunnels in the garage. Why would an experienced person miss such an obvious sign? The day of settlement on our new house, we were told by James that he was the only one in the company that could do the inspection and was not able to come out that day to redo the WDI. When our settlement attorney got on the phone with him, his tone changed and suddenly someone else, Oswaldo, was able and available to do the report. I contacted them over Yelp and Osvaldo replied right away. It took a follow-up call on my end to reach him again but it moved quickly after that. I sent him a picture of the hornet's nest, described where it was (3 stories up!) and he said no problem. Osvaldo and Maurice (a new team member) came over this morning during the arrival window he promised and quickly assessed, sprayed, removed and cleaned up the nest. Excellent service! I called them out to my new home for a cricket and mice problem. I paid the batch price for 4 services spaced apart to get rid of the pests.
They came the day of the first call, one week later (something to do with mouse and cricket quick reproductive cycles), then two weeks after that, and a month after that.
After the first week (2 services in 8 days), we stopped finding crickets in the house. The mice lasted a little longer but were gone until after the 4th paid visit. Literally the day after our last service, we noticed new mice droppings (FYI it looks like black rice)

I sent in a request the night before and honestly wasn't expecting anyone to come for days. Osvaldo was quick to respond and the technician James came and was VERY responsive and able to get to work immediately. He showed me areas of the house to lookout for as I had just moved in and wasn't sure what I had bought TBH. I was able to feel more at ease after his visit. The series of visits were well worth the money and peace of mind it provided. James was knowledgeable and didn't feel like a sale person but rather just someone who was educated.

Oswaldo came to my house and seemed knowledgeable. I had rats in the crawl space under my house. It seems he / the company offer to lay traps and fill holes, which is something that I can do myself. I wanted someone to go into the crawl space and inspect where they were coming in and fill holes / and protect the house from the crawl space. I would think a pest company should expect to do a little contracting work, although that doesn't seem to be the case.

James is super helpful and professional. He communicated with me very quickly and worked with me to schedule a visit to treat my kitchen. He called me back with an estimate that was a better deal than the other exterminating service I reached out to and was at my house within two days, on time and ready to do the service.
I will be updating my review after the 3 treatments are complete and the 90 warranty passes to see if the unwanted pests stop appearing.

I had the worst experience with this company. At first, I called them up due to fake good reviews and one of the salesperson called James picked up the phone and then he started upselling me multiple services without giving me the chance to explain that I needed one time treatment only. Then I asked him to setup an initial inspection and James immediately replied back that there is no need for initial inspection and that he will charge me $187 flat rate for one time treatment only to eliminate rodents and ants. So I waited for the scheduled service next day and then I had to wait the entire day

I wanted to say a big thank you to Oswaldo for his service today.
He was patient and effective. I love that this company is flexible enough to work with their customers and open to modifications if need be.
They told me they offer quarterly service, I wanted bi monthly service, and they were willing to give me that. They also allowed me to select my method and frequency of payment.
They will work with you from which ever angle you prefer- I appreciate that.

Had mice at my condo due to community wide issue. Worked with James. Took a few months, but appears mice are no longer in the unit. However, each unit owner needs to be vigilant. Should mice occur again will call James back. He was reliable and a pleasure to work with. Would not hesitate to use him again. Also you need to make sure as many entry points from outside and in are sealed. Thanks James
Note: The property was sold in April 2019. The tenants who were there during the mice problem of 2017 had ask to be let out of there lease. They had a dog that spread food around. A new tenant arrived

We have been using this company for a few years, following an ant problem. The ants are persistent, but the Exterminator stays on top of it and always offers to come back at least once (if needed) between regular visits for no charge. They are consistent in their schedule, reasonable with their pricing, and could not be nicer or more thorough when they come for a treatment.

When I paid $700 for BC to come and do their best to rid our backyard of rats, $700 seemed like a lot of money, but it was James who talked me into it. It was this line that really sealed the deal ...

I called to get a quote from this guy. I asked him to provide me with a detailed quote and he gave me some noise about how I should goto another provider as I was 'nickel and diming him' I advise finding a different vendor as this guy is unprofessional and when asked for him to detail his price quote he gets upset at the question.
