REVIEW: I had never dealt with a pest control company before, so I googled pest control companies in Silver Spring and came across USA Pest Control. We had a pretty obnoxious ant infestation and wanted to nip it in the bud fast. We received excellent customer service from Sean he seemed very nice, and extremely knowledgeable. The whole process seemed to go very smoothly from start to finish. We were really glad to get it taken care of. I had a very serious mouse problem in my house I moved to last year so I had to call Usa Pest Control. The technician (I think his name was James) came by, pretty quick after the call. I almost never give reviews but after a very professional service I had to give my five star review. Anything I did to try and get rid of the mice did not help. I tried several times before to find a solution and James from USA pest control was the only success. Cannot recommend these guys enough!! Much appreciated!

I had a great experience with USA Pest Control this past week. I've been battling a flea problem in my apartment and tried everything! Their representative was super helpful and asked me a lot of questions to make sure I received the services I needed. He was able to make an appointment within 24 hours of my request and provided us with so much information. Professional, friendly and quick. The biggest plus not a flea in sight. Couldn't be happier about this problem being in the past for my family.

Usually, pest control companies are associated with pesticides, people in masks spraying chemicals around, but I found this company to be distinctly different. It exterminates bed bugs using... heat. I can't think of anything "greener" than that. No health hazards for people and animals, and it kills bed bugs in all stages of their life cycle. I am not sure who came up with this bright idea to kill the bed bugs using heat, but it is as simple and effective as it gets.
